My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
