Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with a double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed respectively. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife, two miles to the sea. Infinite cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that runs from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Our guest house of 26sqm is recommended for 2 people. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful pine forest, where you can relax your everyday life and let the stress run off. Around the cabin, nature changes and offers many opportunities for recreation, but above all proximity to the sea that you reach with a 7-minute walk. The cottage has an open plan with a small kitchen, there is a toilet, shower with underfloor heating. We live next door, so we are usually there if we need to help with anything.

Lansatorpet is a three-length farm from the 1850s, beautifully located on a gravel road in the woods of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the closest neighbour. The forest is full of rich wildlife, wild raspberries, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry hops.
