We are 'Eco Friendly' cutting out single use plastics and using local product/suppliers. All our mattresses are handmade locally from Dartmoor wool and our pillows are 100 wool filled. A quite and tranquil place to stay with beautiful gardens and views. The village is well served with 2 pubs within 10 minutes walking distance.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Lydford Gorge is a short drive away. Cross the road to the footpath that takes you onto the moor. Just 10mins off the A30 a comfortable stop over with easy access to 3 good pubs catering for all requirements. Bike storage and luggage room. Hob microwave and airfyer only. The Annexe is on a small holding.
