The open living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Satellite TV available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for both a longer and shorter stay: coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, fridge (without freezer compartment), dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a disabled fair shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning..In the outdoor area, a sitting area on the yard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill invite you to linger. Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
