Walking distance to chalky white beaches and Ljunghusens golf club. You will have the entire guest house to yourselves! The guest house is about 20 sqm and has a kitchenette and bathroom. The room has a queen-size continental bed and sofa bed. AC, Wi-Fi and TV are available. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Access to patio in southwest location. There is the possibility to borrow two bicycles for wonderful excursions to restaurant/ICA (approx. 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (approx. 6 km) and Höllviken (approx. 4 km).

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

You’ll get access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Be able to eat breakfast or grilled dinner on the patio with a view. Parking is included. A 17 min walk to the closest bus stop. Biking distance to Anna’s bakery for local delights or grocery shopping at ICA. Animals are welcome!

Lean back among the pine tops, take an outdoor shower, listen to the birdsong and relax in this peaceful, architect-designed accommodation. A secluded oasis in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant, local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path about 2 km down to the beach.

I ljungskogen i Ljunghusen, nära bad och sandstrand ligger dessa 2 nybyggda gästhus i modern och fräsch stil. Det ena huset är på 35 kvm och rymmer kök, badrum, allrum med soffa och matplats för 4 samt ett sovloft (140 cm). Det andra huset har en dubbelsäng (160 cm) och bra förvaringsutrymmen samt en liten tvättstuga. Här bor du ljust och fint med en stor härlig altan i söderläge med gångavstånd till buss, bageri, restauranger och närbutik.
