Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

The accommodation is functional and ideal for 2 people. 😍 On one level, it has an independent entrance to an enclosed courtyard (useful if you have bikes)... The apartment consists of a very well-equipped kitchen/dining area and a separate bedroom, with 1 comfort bed (160×200 cm) +1 small desk. It is open to a beautiful covered terrace... for idleness🌞😎

"Lanas, where life is good!" The studio is located in the heart of the village, in a typical stone house, a few meters from the river. Renovated with care, taste and love, this charming 18 m2 studio is ideally designed for 2 people. The sleeping area has been designed to be as cozy as possible and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed The kitchen/living room overlooks a very quiet and sunny street (only opening of the studio). The bathroom is functional and elegant

In an alley in the charming village of Lanas, between Balazuc and Vogüé, both labeled "most beautiful villages in France", the cottage of Barry full of character has been very recently renovated. 50 meters away, the Ardèche invites you to swim or canoe. A greenway allows you to practice cycling or jogging safely. Numerous climbing sites, caving, cave visits (Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac), character villages, markets, hikes, remarkable natural sites, etc...

In the village: 3 restaurants, bowling green, children's games, fishing.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, labeled "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my developments. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it for the views, decor, and cobblestone streets. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.

For lovers of nature, hikes, the river or lovers altogether you will be in the heart of the southern Ardeche in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than 30 minutes from must-see tourist site such as the Cavernne du Pont d 'Arc, Gorge de l' Ardèche, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Ruoms or Balazuc. But also preserved and less known site like Rochecolombe, La Belleme , Vernon.
