La Cigognette is a typical Alsatian apartment located on the famous dock of boatmen in the very center of Strasbourg. This charming duplex apartment has a separate bedroom under attic. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and on the 4th and top floor without elevator which is a highlight in terms of tranquility and brightness. We took care to adapt it to the needs of short-term tenants by adding a cocooning atmosphere to the Alsatian. Great for couples or groups of friends.

Our apartment is located in a typical Alsatian building on Rue de l'Arc-En-Ciel, a stone's throw from Place Saint Etienne. This district of the Grande Île is the historic center of Strasbourg (start of pedestrian streets 3 minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Place Broglie and its Opera, National Theater, department stores, Neustadt district recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Tram stops nearby: Gallia, République or Broglie. Shops nearby.

Brand new studio close to the historic center

In the nice neighborhood of old Cronenbourg, 2 minutes from the Saint Florent tram, brand new studio with real sleeping area. Please note, the studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb a staircase to access it, you have to duck down at the top of the stairs (beam) and the sleeping area is only accessible by a small ladder (photo). Accommodation located 10 minutes from the historic center by tram!

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
