It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

Tea and coffee provided. We are a hospitable family who love to travel ourselves & enjoy meeting new people. The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
