The property also features 1.5 bathrooms, washing machine, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge that opens up to the large deck area overlooking the magnificent Glenelg River. Blue Ray surround sound with Sony flat screen and DVD library is great addition to have on holidays and the property includes an outdoor setting, gas plate BBQ, and two person kayak.

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Portland is 12 k and Mount Gambier is about an hours drive.

We used Pleasant Hills as a base to walk sections of the Great South West Walk with a group of 18. It was absolutely perfect for our group. The large kitchen and dining table enabled us to cook and sit around together and eat. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful and being surrounded by acres and acres of farmland made for a very tranquil stay.

This was my second time to stay at Emma's Airbnb. The location is beautiful and the view from the house is too. The place is comfortable with both a big open fire and a split system in the living space. The backyard is secure for dogs too. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
