There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
