There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

This place was perfect! We were in town for a wedding and Ed’s cabin was just what we needed for our family of 4. It was close to the venue and it was so peaceful staying here. My boys loved fishing in the catch and release pond on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The House(s) were spacious and accommodated us comfortably. The property is absolutely beautiful with plenty of amenities and things to do. The outdoor scenery is amazing. It’s truly a peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tuscaloosa. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and more than big enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which added to the overall relaxing experience. The hosts were incredibly gracious and very easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything. My only recommendation would be to include a mop for quick cleanups and a few extra trash bags so guests can easily manage their trash once everything is tidied up. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return!
