Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.

The accommodation is located in an ancient stone building once used as a stable with an adjoining barn. The building is located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a wide 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, dotted with vineyards and medieval villages.
