Charming 2-room apartment, very quiet on the ground floor in a renovated old farmhouse, in the countryside. You will be close to Thoiry, Versailles and in the heart of Paris Montparnasse in just 38 min by train and €2.50! The area is full of beautiful places. Guests can enjoy a terrace and a small garden to relax, with access to the barbecue. Kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, terrace and garden.

In one of the most beautiful regions of Île-de-France, on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures where horses graze, the Domaine du Cerf Volant is an enchanted haven of peace 1 hour from Paris by car (or train), close to Versailles and the beauties of Île-de-France. Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Palace of Versailles and 5 min from the Thoiry Zoo. The house is independent, surrounded by a 1300 m2 enclosed garden with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher products, etc.
