You can’t beat the location at Paradise Villa. Easy walking to Junkanoo beach bar and Fresh Catch Bistro, both of which are great. And obviously, the house is right on the beach. Book here- you won’t be disappointed!

The location is unparalleled! Such a. Wonderful beach with the softest most wonderful sand. And being able to easily walk down the stairs and be on the sand was fantastic! Staying here was so easy. We barely drove anywhere for the first 3 days! There are beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available which is a big deal for those of us that fly in!

We couldn’t have asked for a better space for our 3 nights at Ft Myers Beach! For two adults and a two year old, this place was perfect and with the beach access, it’s hard to beat! Already planning our next trip! Only downside, which the owner can’t control, is that the side porch for this unit sits right next to the semi-loud pool pumps for the condo pool next door. Outside of that small thing, this is a great place!

The house is right on the beach as advertised, is conveniently located to tram and trolley service, restaurants, and stores. Beautiful sunsets and a great walking beach. Scott provides chairs and a table in the shade.

Scott's place is only a few steps from the gulf and white sand beach. Caught plenty of fish while surf fishing if that's something that you are also looking for. I will stay again in the future and looking forward to it.

The apart villa B has everything you need to live and have a good time: a good view of the beach, two spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen, and the important thing in good condition. The best is the exit to the white sand beach directly from the patio. That makes it unique. You have sun loungers, tables for eating, beach accessories, toys for children, a hammock, refrigerator below to leave things for daily use. Truly amazing. A 100% recommended place to rest and spend it with your family.

Michael and Judy's place is a gem. It's in a great location, especially if you want to leave the island via Bonita Springs and avoid Ft. Myers bridge. It's in the front of the building and has a great view of the beach and gulf from the balcony/porch. It has its own private sitting space/porch as you enter also, and is stocked with all the necessary beach amenities you will need. The apartment is spotless, modern, well appointed. We arrived to find a beautiful welcome basket filled with goodies, Keurig coffee to get us started, plenty of soaps, tp and paper towel. Just so very comfortable. Construction on the island does hamper traffic flow, but all of it has been completed in front of Sandarac! As far as noise, the venue next doors can sometimes be loud with some so-so music every night, but it's only for a few hours. With A/C on, windows closed, that wouldn't be an issue. We would highly recommend this place to travelers.

Michael’s place is exactly as described. It’s in a safe & nice area 3 miles south of the square. The unit is updated & clean. The condo community is right on the beach. It has a wonderful view from the private balcony. I had my coffee there every morning! You get your own covered parking space & the building itself has a pool & secure access. It’s a wonderful place!

We loved this space!!! It was the PERFECT location! We walked right across the street and we were right in the middle of time square. Tons of amazing restaurants and bars that are a walkable distance. We ubered to this space from the airport and didn't need any more transportation because everything was just right there. Great location and price

We absolutely loved this studio apartment! Clean, remodeled, and spacious! The shower is super small to shower in but SO WHAT! Lol! It worked great and it was clean! Perfect for our family of 2 adults 2 children. Zobey-da greeted us in the gift shop downstairs with smiles and hospitality! It’s right across the street from Times Square and the beach but you don’t here any street noise! We highly recommend their apartments and we would love to stay there again next year! ❤️

The second floor apartment is conveniently located next to the boardwalk, beach and Estero Blvd. Jenny was attentive as well as Zobeyda in the beach shop on the first floor. Thank you , would come back to FMB!

This place was great! It was exactly as described in the listing and other reviews. Location is right across from the beach with everything in walking distance so we never had to worry about driving anywhere. Jeny was an awesome host and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Awesome cozy space and was perfect for my husband, me and our 16 month old daughter. Ric even went out of his way and purchased a pack and play 2 weeks before our stay! The pool was never overcrowded and the beach was great. Our families stayed near times square and came to us during the day and there was enough parking - we just had to register their cars as guests with the office. We thought the location was great other than if we wanted to make our way to Times Square for dinner (in between 4pm and 6pm), you should expect traffic to take over an hour. Overall this place was perfect for us!

Great location, view, and amenities! Great value for money! Ideal for someone who loves spending time on the beach! Kitchen is full of equipment and utensils and we totally took advantage of it. However, the restaurant and bar scene is abundant and diverse.

We had three bedrooms between myself and my family /friends . We all had an amazing time . I stayed on the larger boat and it was a great place . So much to do . Highly recommend

Absolutely love staying at Scott's! We took the bikes to the beach, paddle boarded around the small channels, and spent afternoons in the hot tub. Definitely recommend staying here! Only thing to note is that when I stayed here last year the dishwasher was out of order and it was still marked out of order this time around. A great place to isolate!

While the houseboat is close to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer, it is quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful setting. The bikes and the kayaks are a great touch as well for transportation around the area!!! The inside of the boat has been updated and was in excellent condition. The place was super clean and well kept.

Great place to stay so beautiful!

A PERFECT month! We had the pleasure of staying in Dan’s studio space for the month of February. The studio space is beautiful! Exactly as pictured, comfortable & very livable! The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and on a quiet street with private parking. And the location to the beach is so close you can come back & forth! We felt like we had our own little house. There was everything we needed and then some! We loved the outdoor tiki bar with the lit covered seating area. We cooked on the nice clean grills, and there is also a outdoor fireplace, and a fun bean bag toss game. Outside the studio there is an additional seating area plus lounge chairs where we had our morning coffee every day! There is beach chairs, umbrellas & coolers available, and the bikes were in great working condition. We rode them to the pier and to the fun farmer’s market they have there several days a week. We even had rolls of quarters provided to do our laundry. We would love to keep this place a secret however never pass up the chance to stay here if it is available. You won’t find anything like it on Fort Myers beach as great as this. We will be back!

The starfish was everything we needed for a girls trip! Super close to beach access and just a short walk to Times Square and many restaurants.

So, you normally expect the pictures to not life up to the expectations, not the case here. The pictures were exactly what we got. And it was excellent. The place was immaculate, the small touches, like beach towels, bikes, barbecue facilities were so great. Dan could not have been more hospitable or helpful. It is literally 2 mins to the most amazing bit of beach, quiet and stunning. The outside areas added to the experience. It was lovely to be able to sit right at our door, and while away the afternoon. The tiki area was great. More than enough storage for bags etc. Netflix for the evenings we wanted to just chill. You can tell Dan is a traveller himself, because he has provided everything you would want at a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to stay again!

This is one of those places that you truly have to experience. While the pictures are great, they simply don’t do this magnificent place justice. It’s not just a place to sleep, it’s more of a destination. Everything from two tiki huts, with a tv and sound system, to an abundance of outdoor furniture- there was nothing lacking. The outdoor/indoor amenities far exceeded our expectations. This place is a five minute walk to one of the less crowded portions of Fort Myers beach and a 15 minute walk to the time square area. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and very clean. Bathroom was recently redone and is awesome. Full kitchen and laundry facilities were great too. Outside is great for entertaining other guests as well. Well worth the price (which is already reasonable)!

Our stay was exceptional. Perfect location with the beach being a short walk, and a gym at the end of the street. The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and we made dinner in a few nights in a great kitchen. The bathroom was great with two sinks for both of us to utilize and an amazing walk-in shower. This place is small, but is set up very nicely for 2 people. It is very clean. It is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, and even has a lot provided for going to the beach. It is close to the beach and Times Square. Chris was great with communication....quick with responses to questions.

Staying at Chris' place was very commodious and truly relaxing. For one, the apartment was equipped with everything anybody could ever need for an extended stay, from (all) kitchen appliances, to sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, clothes iron and an ironing board - even a space heater! Secondly, the apartment was conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of all restaurants, shops, and less than a ten minute walk to the beach. Chris himself was very kind and eager to help out. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Ft. Myers Beach.

Chris was a responsive host and the place had many amenities to enjoy: bikes, coffee/creamer, sunscreen, grill, etc. Excellent location, friendly host on premises, and we would definitely stay there again!

Although I didn't meet Chris, his place was great! Communication was good, even checked in to see if we needed anything. Location was perfect, quick walk to beach, restaurants, time square and nightlife. Clean, cute and the beach chairs and cooler were a plus!

We went and stayed at Chris’ place and was blown away by how great the location is. There was a ton of things to do within walking distance and the local food was fantastic. The place itself was super clean, and Chris was extremely quick with any questions we had. Overall we look forward to visiting the area again and staying at Chris’ place again in the near future.

Our stay at Nick's play was great! The apartment is lovely: spacious, well furnished, well equipped kitchen, with a great lanai. Very comfortable bed, plenty of bed linen, towels, and beach accessories. The condo is in a great location, with the beach across the street. Excellent pool, very quiet, a true relaxing vacation. Nick is a great host, he answers email the next minute and solves whatever very quickly and professionally. We will for sure return!

Island Gem truly lives up to its name! I’ve stayed in FMB several times and this was by far my favorite place to stay! The location could not be more perfect! The hosts are fantastic at communicating and very easy to get in touch with. We rented bikes and never had the need for the car once during our stay - The rental even has bikes for you to use (realized this after we rented them). The home is located right on the bay and we were able to launch the kayaks right from the back porch and paddle just a few minutes up and see the manatees swimming around us! The pool and other amenities included in this location CANNOT be beat! Such a great value! I can’t wait for our next trip, I’ll for sure be looking into booking here again! *Sidenote: We were staying for our anniversary and I was a little nervous about having a “shared space” (pool, hot tub, kayaks, etc.) especially worried about the noise, but it was NEVER an issue. All of the other guests were extremely friendly and considerate of their noise volumes around the pool and at night. The ONLY time things were a little noisy is the upstairs neighbors walking around in the morning (to be expected of a bottom unit). **Also, my husband is 5’11 and did have to duck at times in the rental and bend down in the shower. So as the hosts have stated, be mindful of that. Otherwise, don’t let ANYTHING deter you from staying at Island Gem! It was truly a wonderful experience!

This place is outstanding! Great price. Very clean. Safe location. Close to everything. The pool area, hot tub and fire pit were so nice to relax by at the end of the day or first thing in the morning. Marty was so responsive and we feel like we hit the jackpot with this spot. Use the kayaks & paddle board in the canal - you might see a manatee like we did! We will be back for sure. ❤️

The place is exactly as shown on pictures. Great location. Host informed me on everything before hand. The only downside to the apartment was that the fridge dis not cool very well. The freezer worked great, but the fridge was not cooling very well. Besides that, everything else was great.

This place is an absolute gem! The place is sparkling clean. The first thing I said when we walked in was “it smells so clean and fresh”. It’s steps away from a beautiful non crowded beach. The residents are mostly retired and all super great. We are in our mid to late 40’s and they were a hoot! Especially at sunset (something special happens). It can be busy on the island but it is super easy to walk the beach to Times Square (about 2hrs) or take the trolley or bus. The tram won’t get you to the property but that’s ok. There are absolutely fantastic restaurants right across the street more than we even got to. We ate at the South beach grill 4x’s in one week. Amazing! The sports bar grill is great too. Publix grocery is down the road a bit that’s a trolley ride but 7-11 and CVS is super close there’s a liquor store and cute shops across the street as well. We had one miss hap... the AC wasn’t working properly and I got in touch w Amanda in the evening (not an emergency by any means). She was super concerned and had a repair man there the next morning to fix it right up. Worked perfect after that. We also had a couple that were staying in Florida with family stay over with us one night too. They had a great time. It’s a small super cute place probably best for a couple but it does fit 4 nicely. This was our 1st Airbnb experience and we would do it again in heartbeat if all the hosts were as great as them! Thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Great drinks on the beach! Great bands on the beach! Warm pool! We could of ubered there! No need for car! They could use come chairs outside room! So get your own from Walmart! You can see sand dollars on beach sand bars early mornings! Can’t wait to come back!

This house is amazing! Great location. Beach 3-5 min walk, Times Square, and downtown all walkable. If you love having groceries while traveling, this spot has all the amenities to cook:) Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet street. Perfect! We will definitely be back.

Excellent! Easy 2 minute bike to the beach. Right in the middle of the action. The ONLY feedback I would give is the AC has to run pretty much continuously to keep the apartment cool & dry. But that is no big deal. Everything else? GREAT. Would def stay again.

My partner and I spend a wonderful week at Heidi And Bruiser's place. The condo had everything we needed and more. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The location could not be better. We could hear the waves from inside the condo. The view from the balcony is indeed a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! The big shopping plaza across the street offered everything we needed: good restaurants, excellent produce market, and some fun shopping. The suggestions that hosts provided for us had been very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

My sister and 2 daughters very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach with the palapas was wonderful, as was the salt water pool. Location was ideal and we used trolley and tram to get around. Many restaurants were easy to get to. Living room furniture was great and comfortable. Being right on the beach was such a plus! Beautiful sunsets with ambiance hard to describe. Keith was very helpful when asked questions. We would love to stay here again. Carolyn

The place is exactly what it seems from the pictures. You can view the beach from the screened in porch, the main bedroom and the front (shared) balcony. It is steps from this lovely, white sand beach and there are 3 Cabana huts for use. It is walking distance from some good restaurants. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Perfect location. Immediately on the beautiful sandy beach. Sun loungers and shade places. Nice pool. Well maintained and clean. Well equipped apartment with all the trimmings. Loggia balcony with partial sea view and mosquito net. Covered with table and chairs, practically an additional room. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable, soft beds. Overall, a quiet house with covered parking. Within walking distance several restaurants and shops eg 7 / Eleven. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, the condo complex was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves most days. The beach was unfortunately covered in mounds of seaweed for most of our stay, but that was just bad timing. If you’re looking for bang for your buck, this is a great place to stay!

My family and I were visiting my daughter and had a wonderful vacation with Michael’s condo. It was close to the ocean and the pool was perfect. We will return again soon .

We had a very pleasant stay. It was very nice to stay at a condo with all the convenience of home. There was lots of small things included, like soap, beach towels and toys, condiments, etc. The pool area and washing machines were great too. The property is dated, and needs future renovations to bathrooms/kitchen, but it was clean and welcoming. We would stay here again, on future trips to the area.

This is a great basic apartment for someone looking to visit the Fort Meyers/Bonita Beach area. We loved that it truly was less than 5 minute walk to the south end of Fort Meyers Beach. The beach was beautiful and felt like a private beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, just as advertised. I’d definitely recommend this to a couple looking to get away without breaking the bank. James is a great host...friendly, accommodating, and quick responses to questions. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach and short bike to restaurants and town. The bikes available were a great resource. The place was very clean and comfortable. A nice new outdoor patio will be useful for future guests. James was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly.

Very nice location, which is walkable to beach, cafes,restaurants and ice cream shops. A tram can take you farther if you do want to walk around. Very clean and comfortable furniture.

Bay Breeze Bungalow is a hidden gem. Nestled among nondescript properties on a quiet street, it is roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Though your neighbors aren’t far away you’ll feel secluded and private. The pool is well cared for and there is a propane BBQ grill in the pool area for outdoor cooking and dining. Once you arrive, you most likely will no longer need your car. Everything is an easy walk away. We will likely just Uber to and from the airport next time. We’ll definitely return! Frank

This property had everything we needed for a week stay at the gorgeous Fort Myers Beach. It was a very short walk to the beach and many good outdoor/indoor restaurants. Our days consisted of long morning beach walks on white powder sand, laying pool side mid day surrounded by lush palms, beach again in the late afternoon to watch the sunset while grabbing a bite on the beach for dinner! The property was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. Lynn was an excellent host and was a pleasure to meet!

Lynn's property is all you see on Airbnb and more! We came for a Sister's trip getaway and Lynn was so accommodating and responded very quickly to our questions and requests! Her bungalow was very clean and the decorating was very beachy and fun. The location was perfect. We walked across the street to the Beach. Many excellent options within walking distance for great foods and cocktails!

This house is super cute. Loved having a pool and a little side room to have coffee in at morning time. The location was awesome! Lynn is the best and thinks of the little things for you! Definitely a great place to stay!

Baybreeze Bungalow is one of the cutest places we have ever stayed! It is a short walk to the beach and bike ride to downtown Fort Myers. There is a grocery mart and an array of restaurants on the corner and beach access right across the street. Lynn provides all the beach gear you need including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and a cooler! The outside is beautifully landscaped and the tall palms and thatched huts create complete privacy and a lush tropical oasis! There is a little studio apartment called “Sandpiper Nest” attached to the back. Our neighbors were great but it would also be fun to rent with friends. The shared pool and grill area were beautiful and nice for relaxing. (The studio apartment comes with 2 bikes and there is also a bike rental place very close to the house.) The inside was just as nice with all the kitchen amenities, plenty of pool and bath towels, soap, coffee, granola bars, etc. The beds (especially the Master King) were very comfortable and each room has its own TV. The hot water is a little tricky in the shower; you have to turn it pretty far to get it hot but not a huge deal. There is a private screened porch prefect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and games at night! Lynn was quick to respond via the Air BB app and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this rental!

The pool is awesome, proximity to the beach is nice, landscaping makes you feel like you’re secluded in paradise!

This was a great stay for two people for two days. The location is perfect for Fort Myers Beach. It is above a beach store with lots of things for sale! The apartment has a full kitchen with supplies and comes with a small living room area. I would not advise planning for a person to sleep on the futon/couch as it is pretty small. The bathroom has a small stand up shower that has pretty tight quarters. However, for the price this is a great location and a great unit!

Absolutely a perfect location! The space was adequate for us as we did little more than sleep & shower. We did not rent a car and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

The location was great! It was very quiet in the room at night. It was perfect for a girls getaway. I always cook so I wanted a place with a kitchen and I wasn’t disappointed! Jeny supplied all the essentials for cooking, and the cookware is in great shape. The bed was very comfortable. The futon bed would be ok for someone who isn’t picky about softness. We brought an air mattress to ensure comfort. Glad we didn’t rent a car as parking is tough and there is a free shuttle to nearby places. For 2$ you can ride the trolley all day which goes all the way to Lovers Key State Park (2$ admission to the park) SO WORTH THE TRIP. You can also take the trolley to Publix which has everything you need! I will definitely rent this place again!

An AMAZING spot. Literally right across the street from the ocean. Jeny was an amazing host. She made check in & out very simple and was very accommodating when we needed to check in early. She even provided a beach umbrella and chairs to use! It was so thoughtful and something you don’t always think to bring! The apartment was very clean and spacious. It’s within walking distance of several great restaurants. It’s truly the best you could ask for out of a vacation destination.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in Jeny's rental and had an amazing time. The unit was clean and spacious. Having a refrigerator and stove/ oven gave us the ability to make our own meals when we wanted. And it is literally steps to the beach and restaurants. We looked at a couple rentals near by that were in need of remodeling and cost more money. We will be coming back.

Location, Location, Location!! anything bad about this place is reversed by the location. Biggest cons were the LOUD air conditioner and the TINY shower. But can't really do anything about shower size. This is located in the BEST location. I didn't have a car, so parking might be an issue you need to work out with the host, to find the best place to park long term. Could end up costing a pretty penny. The futon is not for sleeping. If you need other sleeping arrangements other than 1 bed, there is the floor. I would recommend this to a single or a couple, but that's it. I would confirm with Jeny that the AC has been serviced before booking, because it was uncomfortably loud.

Only surprise is that it was located above the tattoo/gift shop. Otherwise it was good overall.

Small but sound for your getaway-stay, great space if you're there alone or with your other half, the location is low key perfection, and best of all it's quiet.

It was our 2nd Airbnb and it was great... we only stayed one night but it was a good night ... location was fabulous... if you are okay sharing space and meeting new people what better way to do it then on a houseboat !

Kim's place was clean and comfortable. She answered any and all questions quickly. The trolley runs every 45 minutes at times. We rode the trolley down to times square, then walked home. About 2 1/2 mile walk.

Kim's place is beautiful! So close to the water and a lot to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend her place!

First of all, My husband and I had an early flight coming in to Fort Myers, and Kim was able to get us in early (before check in time). Condo was very clean. The location for us was perfect. We were a few miles away from all the action on the beach/restaurants, night life (which we like). As for access to the beach, short walk (3 minutes) and the condo had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. Great place to rent!

Kim's space was amazing, my boyfriend and I came to relax and celebrate our two year anniversary. The place was very close to the beach, clean, quiet and had so many amenities. Not to mention she was able to give us an early check-in, and when we were informed of an opportunity, we were able to have a late check-out as well. All in all Kim has a great space and is very welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend!

Thanks to Jeff for the hospitality))). The house was more comfortable than in the photographs. All rooms are very clean. There are all the little things in the kitchen, in the bathroom, bedroom and courtyard that you may need while traveling, away from home. Feel comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The house is very close to the sea. A nice bonus was two bikes! We traveled for a month in Florida, stayed in 5 cities. It was the best accommodation during our trip.

The house is located in easy walking distance to everything needed - a convenience store, free public transportation and most importantly the beach! The house is clean and comfortable with a outside seating area & grill in a quiet neighborhood.

Jeffrey's place was on a lovely quiet street close to beach accesses (5 min walk if that?). The patio area, grill, bikes, beach supplies were wonderful to have. We were also impressed with the amount of kitchen/cooking supplies available for the size of the space- did a lot of cooking and used the blender and mini food processor which was great. Only minor things to note was the bed in the back bedroom was not the most comfortable (but not terrible). On the rare cold morning we loved having a mini heater supplied for us. We saw Jeffrey a few times and was always available if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Jeff was very kind and quick to help when needed. The stay comes with beach chairs, umbrella,beach towels, bikes, and other odds and ends that you wouldn’t expect but used! The location is quiet and very close to the beach, which also felt private and quiet. We used the bikes to go to dinner and get around town. The kitchen had everything you could need plus some. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and you could store your belongings and clothes neatly. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying with Jeff. Jeff is a great host and we would go back anytime! The house is very cozy and with everyone. Equipped with what you need. It is really only a few minutes walk to the beach! The supermarket or the gas station are just around the corner. We enjoyed drinking our beer in the evening on the terrace. Jeff gave us a lot of tips. We would like to thank him again very much!

This motel is in a great location and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. You are steps from great breakfast at the Island Pancake House and from the trolley stop. A few hundred yards down the street is Junkanoo's (best bar we visited, with great food also). The beach is right there, and beach chairs etc. are provided. The room was clean and everything was as described. They can get you discounts on various local activities, though we did not have time to take advantage of these. Phillip was so helpful with our early check-in and also gave great recommendations. Would recommend 100%, and will certainly consider first when we return to Ft. Myers Beach. THANKS!!!

It was totally updated , clean and had everything you could need, including beach towels. Beach chairs etc were also available for your use and the beach was just a. few yards away. This is a great condo resort with a awesome pool area . The free trolley ride to the square is very close to the condo making traveling easier to the beach bars.

Nada's place was great! They really thought of everything you need and everything was easy to access- the beach, the room, the park, the grocery store, and its right next to bus stop!

Nada’s house was perfect for my friend and I. We loved how close to the beach it was and how quiet the neighborhood was. It took less than 5 minutes to be on the beach. Not to mention they are less than 500 feet from Publix. Their hot tub was amazing for the nights we wanted to stay in. We definitely suggest renting bikes if you’re interested in going to the Times Square area because the traffic was really busy. They also gave great recommendations for activities and food. They were very friendly and great hosts. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

This is a perfect spot for anyone who just wants something affordable and isn’t worried about having a kitchen. Beach is across the street and the location is nice and quiet. I would recommend renting a bike to get back and forth to Times Square as traffic on Estero Blvd can be a pain. The hosts are absolutely awesome and incredibly nice. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler are provided. All in all I’m looking forward to staying there again!

Great place that is quiet and cozy. The owners are on site and offer lots of suggestions for restaurants/parking/etc.. in the area. Only downfall is the walls are very thin and can hear neighbors pretty clearly. Hot tub is AMAZING!

This place is the best value on fort Myers beach. You are directly across the street from the public access to the beach. There is a public park there with restrooms. The place is much cuter than the pictures. The publix is one block and they make great sandwiches so no need to venture into traffic. The hot tub was an unexpected bonus after kayaking all day at lover’s key state park. I can’t say enough about the kindness of Nada and Rob. Nada even gave us tips for our upcoming trip to Croatia. They were the best hosts we have ever had. Stay here! You will love it!

The house is beautiful and super well located, in a quiet neighborhood, with a private deck and very close to the beach. It is very spacious and is distributed on two floors by stairs.

A group of 8 girls celebrating my 50th rented. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean so I am not sure how past reviews said it was dirty. House was sparkling clean and smelled great walking in. Plenty of room for all 8 or us. We all had coffee and breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the canal. Beautiful palm trees surrounding the patio making it feel so tropical and private. Was just what these Chicago girls needed. The house is a perfect location if you don't want to hang with the college students down by Times Square and just want to relax. We went to the outrigger tiki bar across the street every day and the beach was gorgeous! We never even made it into town we had so much fun at the tiki bar and the beach with live music everyday. Charlies boat house restaurant is walkable distance was great. Definitely a must if you would like a nice dinner. We had the best time and recommend to anyone, families, girls trips, couples trip. We will be back for sure! Thanks Bob for sharing your beautiful home!

Loved the location and the house over all. Very clean and everything worked well in the house. The gas grill was great to use and liked that they had a extra tank of gas in case we ran out. We really appreciated and valued the quick response when we had a minor issue and that it was resolved for us. Our only fees back would be for the pool to be heated, but other then that we loved our week at the house. Thanks

Great location! Quiet neighborhood. A great place to hang out, eat, and drink and DO NOTHING else!!!We pretty much enjoyed the balcony all weekend. Teenagers enjoyed the pool and beach. Hubby and I stayed in all weekend. A great time had by all!!!

Very nice house in a very relaxing environment. We were amazed at the size of the accommodation. We occupied the whole floor of the house with a huge terrace and a jaccuzi.

Great time there....being on the second level made it feel like your in a forest....well furnished..comfortable bed and good lighting to do my office work. Close to the beach and stores. A nice change from being on Estero Blvd.!

This place is amazing! We were four girls staying here and it worked perfectly for us. It was a quick walk to the beach. Everything was sparkling clean when we got there. Willy always responded very promptly to any question we had. If you are picky, you might want to bring your own beach towels. You can very clearly hear people walking around upstairs which for 4 college kids wasn’t a big deal but something to be mindful of, if that would bother you. I have no complaints, it was the perfect place!

Excellent location. Super close to the beach (yes you cross the main road but every car stops so not a big deal)! We have two little kids who loved running around and exploring. There is plenty of room for a family. The bunks are in the main living space and there is a shower not a bath. This didn't affect our kids but you may want to be aware of it if expecting something different. Laundry is outside and fits a huge load. There are tenants upstairs who you can hear walking around so sound travels. We had sound machines that took care of it at night. We had a great stay in a very clean place and when our internet went out Willy took care of it immediately. Thanks for the wine! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, located mid island away from the heavy traffic and busy beaches. Only a block away from the beach. The grocery store and restaurants are a very short drive. The house was in great shape, very clean, nice amenities and plenty a room for my family to relax and have fun.

The house is beautiful and clean. The beach was not crowded and a short walk to the home. We were impressed with the white sand beach and the house. The kitchen provided us ample space for family dinners and the dinner table was large enough for a group of 7 to play cards and spend time with extended family. I really appreciated the large shower, the grill, full stove/oven, comfortable beds, and washer/dryer on the premises. We can't wait to visit again!

The space was more than what we needed for our trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was very clean which was my biggest worry. I will definitely keep this place in mind when traveling to Fort Myers again.
