Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
