This cottage, 130 years old, is about 90 m2, modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

The house offers a full functioning kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and a washing machine, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a loft with two comfortable matressses. Within a 5 min walk you reach the bus which takes you to Slussen and the old town which is 10 km away. Metro takes you 2 km further to Stockholm City. From the house to Stockholm C it is 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to our Heavenly place, beautiful views, place, in the countryside, just outside central Stockholm. Close to the Archipelago and walking distance to lakes for swim or fishing. Be prepared to see wild roe deer very close to the house. The view and the light in the cabin in the morning is beautiful and peaceful. But still It is easy to commute if you want Stockholm's city pulse.
