We had a wonderful stay at Keri's apartment. It felt very private, and the hot tub was incredible under the beautiful stars.

Well where to begin! My husband and I booked with Keri to enjoy some lake fishing about 40 miles from our home. The apartment's porch had two rocking chairs overlooking the lake and dock. That's where we enjoyed our complimentary coffee each morning. Last night we grilled steaks and soaked in the hot tub while viewing a beautiful sky as the sunset on the lake. The complimentary beach towels were a nice surprise as well. We enjoyed fishing off her private dock and secured our boat there as well. The water was not deep but that didn't stop us from catching several nice fish there. We also took our boat out and caught some really nice Crappie out of lake Sinclair. Keri provides bacon and eggs for breakfast your first day if desired. Everything was there if you needed it. She welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. After that we were on our own. This was a very private setup from the rest of the house . We felt our space was very secluded from the rest of her home and felt like we were the only ones there. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I really had a great time during my stay with Keri and she is a super host. True southern hospitality abounds. This is a stay that will not disappoint. This place has it all! Great natural sunlight inside and fantastic views outside! Two generous sized rooms with ample linens and large bathrooms. The space has a welcoming feel and comfortable amenities. The lot is beautiful with plenty of parking, entertainment and direct lake access. The home is well stocked with clear and concise directions for using the home and enjoying the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this home and plan to visit the next time we are on Lake Sinclair!

This cottage is perfect for a small family or a small group of friends who want to get away from the bustle of the city. There is a lovely view of the lake, and the amenities are great!

The cottage was great, and the view of the lake was nice to look at while sitting on the back porch., it was very peaceful., and if you have to go to town it is only about 10-15 minutes away, we would definitely come back.

When I was notified that my first Airbnb reservation had flooded out just hours before I was supposed to check in, Ian came to the rescue! I am so grateful for him being flexible enough to let me stay in his home, which turned out to be just perfect. It had everything that we needed and more. And the view of the lake was beautiful!

After reading the amazing reviews, we decided to book Ian's place. We were not disappointed at all. What's not mentioned is his DVD collection. Wow! If you enjoy movies, you will be impressed! Also, the place was very well stocked with everything you need outside of groceries. Before you head to the grocery store, see what's in the fridge first. One suggestion for anyone staying here is that they back into the driveway. You will understand why once you arrive. Overall we had a fantastic trip and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at the cottage. It was very clean and spacious. You can honestly tell that Ian loves his cottage and enjoys sharing his slice of heaven with guests. Best sleep I've had in months. Thank you Ian! We look forward to coming back next year!!!

This is a lovely property with everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake. Definitely make sure you stock up on food/supplies as it's a long ways away from any stores. I also want to re-iterate that when Jenella warns that the hill to the lake is steep, she really means it. Overall, a great location and house!

BEAUTIFUL LAKE HOUSE! My doggies loved it so much. Running up and down YES WEAR SNEAKERS AND CAREFUL IF IT HAS RAINED my lanky pup slipped so many times (didn’t stop her though). Very clean place and fully stocked kitchen. MAKE SURE YOU PICK UP SOME FOOD BEFORE CHECK IN. Really nice to have peace and quiet at the lake house. No light pollution so make sure to look at the stars every night. Highly recommend staying here. Clean energy as well. Feels like home.

Beautiful and clean home with a great view! Although we had rain for the 2 days we were there, this home was perfect for the cozy getaway we needed. Movies and games were available for entertainment since spending time outside wasn't possible, which we truly appreciated. Communication with this host was excellent, and it is clear she put much effort into providing a great space for guests to enjoy. We hope to return during another season when we can enjoy the lake and outdoor amenities more.

We was in town for our sons wedding. The home was perfect for us. We loved the privacy and cozy feel and the generational story of the home. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to come back to the area.

Place was spacious and much larger on the inside than I thought. Comfortable beds. private location with huge backyard. On the river that feeds into lake Sinclair with marina less than 5 mins away for easy quick access to drop a boat. Good price for the space and owner was quick to respond to any needs.

We came to Milledgeville to see family and this place had everything we needed. Our kids and friends came to visit and the space was more than enough with a really nice layout and comfortable furniture. The missus loved the jacuzzi garden tub in the master bath. Chris was responsive with any questions or needs we had.

I booked the cabin to surprise my husband for his birthday and it was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The place was beautiful. The decor is top notch and the view of the lake from the back porch was stunning. And the hosts were sure accommodating and friendly. We would love to stay here again.

This cabin sits beside a lake and it is the perfect place to disappear and relax. The hosts are easy to communicate with. The actual home is adorable and the pictures truly don’t do enough justice.

We had a great time spending a long weekend on the lake at Craig and Jills place! Right on the water with a great view of the sky when the sun comes up. Very convenient boat ramp less than 10 minutes away Craig is always super easy to communicate with and have some great tips about the space and general area! We would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb is amazing. The view of the lake was all my family and I needed during our stay. We were looking for an area where we could get away from our every day hustle and bustle - and this was it! We spent most of our time hanging out at the dock, but we did truly appreciate the cleanliness of the house. Such a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Wake and Lake, beautiful location and excellent amenities.

We booked this house for a quick family vacation and it was great! The view of the lake was beautiful and they had everything you could want on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking in the morning with the pups, floating in the lake, and spending the sunsets in a chair on the dock. The house was stylishly decorated and the back porch was great to spend time on. We will be back!

Beautiful historic home, with nice touches to make your stay comfortable. The host went out of her way to accommodate me, even dropping me off to an event because it was raining too hard to walk! The breakfast looked incredible, I definitely should have made time to enjoy it. Note that in the red room, the bath is across the hall.

Jeff's condo at Cuscawilla is a great place to stay if you are in Eatonton GA for fun or business. We don't golf but have heard it is a great course. Full kitchen unit is recommended and some of the units have stairs so ask if that is an issue for you.

Cuscowilla is a luxurious golf and pool community and Jeff’s place is across the street from the clubhouse and pool. Destination in itself, bring the whole family. Hotel style room with shared balcony. Nice shower and comfy bed.

This was a great condo setup for our multi-generational family weekend. Everyone had the space they needed. Cuscowilla is a very nice place and everything is walkable - pool, golf, restaurant, etc. Everything is clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd caution is the unit next door was rented out as a "hospitality suite" to a party of 50-75 people - which meant tons of traffic, limited parking and loud late night parties. This may have been an anomaly, but it was very surprising to have to deal with a noisy, party atmosphere in an otherwise quiet and serene place.

Great place right on the lake!

I spent three wonderful days at Horeb’s place. The house was decorated elegantly. No details were spared. The location of the cabin is very central. Gorgeous views from the deck. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Horeb is a great host and responds to your questions promptly. Overall I had a great time there.

Crisp, clean and convenient cottage perfect for our family of 3 visiting the area for a family reunion. Cottage was perfectly appointed with clean fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked for making some dishes for our get together. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the golfers finish on the 9th hole. We also spent a day at the pool, an easy stroll and amazing facility that sits right on the lake, sparkling clean and an on site cafe for lunch and drinks. The staff and host were so polite and helpful at all times. Publix and shopping just a 5 minute drive away...Cuscowilla is simply beautiful and so relaxing. We will be back! Thanks for having us😃

Great cabin with lots to do!

The stay at Terry's place was great. Very spacious and well kept grounds. One thing I did wonder about was where the pool was and if guests had access to it. Also some directions on how to access the lake would've been helpful. Overall a great relaxing weekend getaway though.

We just returned from an amazing 4th of July weekend at Terry's cottage. The home was beautiful, clean and quiet. The community was spectacular! And the location was perfect--a three minute walk to the community pool and restaurant where we also enjoyed swimming in the lake. Terry was very accommodating, quickly responding to our questions. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a dream! We can't wait to return next year!

Country living at its finest! Kirsten, her husband and the kids were amazing hosts to our family of 5. Prior to checking in, she communicated with us right away and answered any questions we had. Being a native of Eatonton, we were looking for a place close by and this home was perfect! 15 minutes to Eatonton where our family is located and 15 minutes to Millegeville. Once we arrived, the house was spotless and adorably decorated. The TV was equipped with a Roku so we were able to utilize any login apps like Hulu, Disney+ etc. They had supplied items such as shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, and even had a pitcher of sweet tea and kool aide ready for us in the fridge which I thought was the sweetest of southern hospitality! We came during valentine's day weekend and she knew we had children coming with us and was totally thoughtful to even provide a special gift of a dozen donuts that had valentine's Decor for us to enjoy. The kids loved them! The furniture and couches were very comfortable and I loved the extra large table for us to enjoy family meals on that fit all of us comfortably too. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay, the conversations we shared, and your genuine kindness! We highly recommend this location if you are planning to stay in the area and want enough space to stretch out with the sweet touches of southern living with amazing hosts who aim to please. This was a nice spacious cozy apartment. It was nicely decorated with many thoughts of home and expectations of a country setting. It felt inviting and relaxing to be there. Kristin’s place was great! It is very spacious and was very clean. Thoughtful touches like tea in the fridge and donuts made it feel homey. Kristin responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We loved watching the vhs movies and there was a large toy box if you’ve got kids. The location is great if you need to be in Milledgeville or Eatonton. We would definitely stay again.

What a great little gem on the lake and close to town. It was super clean and very comfortable. The only thing it is missing is a dining table. Wasn't a huge deal for us but I wanted to note it for others. This place is about 10 minutes to restaurants and everything you need in town and less than 20 minutes to the college. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

Craig, I want to thank you again for the wonderful trip. A stones throw beyond the water's edge, this bungalow more than served its need. I booked this home for an extended stay to be certain that I would like the area while searching for a lake house. I found myself wishing I could buy this bungalow. It was conveniently located to everything including downtown Milledgeville which is now one of my favorite spots to eat. My family and I had an amazing time love the cottage house. We felt like home. Craig was a very reachable host anytime we had some questions he was there to help us. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and weekend at Trin's place. 6 adults and 2 children. We used the fireplace and the firepit to enjoy smores. We cooked every meal for 3 days and enjoyed fishing and being outside in the cooler air. Trin is amazing on accommodating and communicating quickly. We highly recommend and would love to visit again! An awesome place with great location and a super host.

Was as described, pet and kid friendly (kids plastic pool and toys on property). Well equipped, but like other reviews, there was hard water stains or something on all the dishes. The dock was great for paddleboards, light fishing, etc but pretty shallow if you wanted to bring a boat in there.

Nice and clean. Fun fire pit (great for smores). Pretty!

We had such a great time at Rebecca’s house! The view is spectacular from nearly all the rooms and we spent lots of time by the pool and fire pit! The big open floor plan is perfect for large groups. The Master is awesome with a beautiful new bathroom and giant closet! All the beds and linens were super comfy as well. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking meals. The home is close to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants options but we mostly cooked at the house and enjoyed the pretty view. There are a few marinas 10 minute drive to pick up a boat and the dock is available at the house for over night docking. I would definitely stay again! Rebecca is always available and super helpful with any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. It was comfortable and clean, and the open floor plan was great for family time. We enjoyed the lake and pool during the day and the fire pit and sunsets in the evening. Loved the new grill.. in fact, my husband said to tell you (Rebecca).. that he is a charcoal man, but if he were to get a gas grill, this one would be it! It cooked in perfection. If you're lucky enough to score this place for your vacation, prepare to be very pleased!

Wonderful location set back from the street with privacy foliage. Carport provides sheltered location for unloading if you happen to arrive in the rain. Porches front and back with a full width back deck offer plenty of areas to relax. Our favorite spot was the table on the back porch, sipping our morning coffee and watching the cars on the bridge with everyone else on their way to work. The deck was also a great place for bird watching and enjoying their songs. House stocked with everything for a relaxing vacation....beach towels and sun screen by the back door; fully stocked kitchen, including a corkscrew; comfortable beds; plenty of bath towels and hotel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. When we had an issue with turning off the door alarms, our host quickly tweeted the instructions to solve the problem. We have suggested she may want to provide general information for operating the household equipment and what the expectations for leaving. All in all, we had a terrific time and highly recommend you choose this location for your get away!

Right on the lake was a lovely feature. Layout is a little different but it fit us all.

Location location location! It is perfectly situated on the tip of a penisula on a beautiful lake. It has a great dock to sit on and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. All the living spaces inside and out were wonderful. The fall colors sparkled all around us as they were reflected off the water. Had it been warm/hot, we would've take advantage of all the amenities for outdoor water fun. Loved the fireplace!

Wonderful outdoor amenities! Wish the weather had been better to enjoy them. The kids loved roasting smore's and my husband and I loved sitting on the deck after they went to bed. The house was very comfortable, great beds and linens and the kitchen had everything you need but not much by way of condiments or such things you sometimes find in rentals so plan accordingly. There was a bit of the essential coffee though and some pantry staples. I would highly recommend this home to families or folks looking to enjoy Lake Oconee.

The place is perfect. Our dog ran wild outside all day, everyday. We sat by the water and enjoyed coffee and cocktails every morning and evening. If you are looking for a place to unwind, this is it. The kayaks are a nice touch.

This house will truly feel like a home to you! It is so cozy that we were tempted never to venture out. It is so relaxing sitting out on the screened-in porch and looking out at the lake. We caught a catfish off the dock and a longnose gar from the bank. Travel north, as opposed to south, of the home for nicer restaurants and shops. This is a heavily recreational lake, so there is a lot of watercraft noise throughout the day. But early mornings and evenings out on the dock are sublime. You can also hear road noise from the house because of it's close proximity to the main road. However, neither of these things hampered our stay. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location, the back yard is amazing but unfortunately was unusable at night. Unfortunately an electrical/storm issue occured right before we arrived which knocked out all the lighting in the back yard. The host was there when we arrived and was very forthcoming that this was an issue. No big deal really and didn't detract at all from our stay. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Very convenient location at Great Waters. Clean and comfortable.

A lovely home in a gated community. Close to a neighborhood pool. House has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Nice patio with gas grill and large table and chairs. Golf course view, close to the lake. Neighborhood is well maintained. House is nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and made many happy memories there. The host was very helpful and accommodating.
