Jenn’s place is awesome! She has great knowledge of fun, local places and the apartment has a lot of nice touches. She left out heart candies and had a bottle of champagne for us for Valentine’s Day weekend. Kitchen is great to cook in. Highly recommend.

Very clean and stylish. Lots of cute personal touches. We stayed for New Year’s and were provided with champagne and glasses and cute festive hats/party favors for the occasion. There was limited room to eat or drink, more or less confined to the dining room/kitchen area. Otherwise, very comfortable and clean. And the bathroom/shower was breathtakingly gorgeous!

Jenn and Jim are such great hosts! Expect a warm welcome when you arrive, and always a quick response to any questions you may have! It was truly a home away from home.

Jenn has such a great space! Cute, Caribbean theme and it has everything you need. My friend and I forgot a few things (wine opener and a hair dryer), but Jenn had those items and more. We also booked last minute, but Jenn was quick to get back to me and let me know we could stay over. I totally recommend staying here :).

This was the perfect little getaway from the city! I went without a car and walked to town and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful walk. The room is beautiful and has everything you need! The jacuzzi was my favorite part of it all.

Fantastic space for the lone traveler!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are on a budget and want to enjoy being close to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet, the room is bright and very clean, and the provisions are above average. Donna was easy to reach if we needed anything or had any questions. Our own keypad entrance gave us the privacy we needed and convenient access to our room. For our needs, the place was perfect!

Very lovely and convenient place. I was there for a short vacation. The house is only 5 minutes' drive to the park and beach. The room is like a hotel with coffee machine, some snacks, water and all bathroom supplies. I really enjoy the time being here.

This is a lovely cosy place in a really pretty place with a pool Outside and trees and lots of peace and quiet.

Amanda’s place is SUCH a gem. The location is ideally peaceful, but close to everything (within 5-10 minute drive). The space is immaculate, spacious, and so stylish. The bed is comfortable. Amanda is a phenomenal host, and was very responsive to my questions. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such an oasis!

Karen has such a lovely place. She made us immediately feel comfortable, safe & right at home. Her pets were so adorable & sweet as well. We were also pleasantly surprised to find breakfast out in the morning! Thank you so so much for having us—we would definitely stay again! Karen was very accommodating to my schedule and helpful/ informative of her home amenities. Very friendly pets which were not bothersome in the slightest, even at night. Would highly recommend!!

Jenn's place is perfect base from which to explore Long Island, 20 minutes away from both beach and vineyards.

This is such a fun place to stay near the Hamptons but a bit more affordable than the hotels around the bays. Beautiful location and very friendly hosts.

a very comfortable stay of three adults and one kid (4yo) in an RV. being able to enjoy the wonderful patio next to the RV is also a plus.

If I could give a hundred stars, I would. The bedroom and bathroom are sparkling clean, cozy, and warm. Latoya and her mother are beyond gracious, kind, and hospitable. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Highly recommend place. Scot is very nice and the room has everything that one would need. I have stayed with Scot for more than three times, and each time was a wonderful experience.

Such a special space. We felt so relaxed immediately after arriving. Bikes are available for use and they made our trip even more memorable. Central location with everything easily accessible on foot or bike, fully stocked kitchen and a VERY comfortable sofa! Lisa is delightful and did everything to make us feel welcome. Can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely place for a weekend getaway. It's very cute and offers everything you might need. Also conveniently located right near the train stop if you don't have a car like me. Even in the dead of winter, this was a very comfortable stay and great for a girls weekend trip. I may book another trip here when it's summer!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage fit our need perfectly; the decor was lovely and the full kitchen and washer dryer made us feel right at home. Lisa was very easy to contact with questions and replied quickly. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend others experience Lisa’a cottage for themselves.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Long Island and I’ve been traveling there for 4 months for work. Great location, great space, Catherine was great at communication and check in directions were very clear. Wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend

Checking in and out was super easy and went smoothly. Space was really comfortable and well thought out. Like a home away from home. We had a good nights sleep after a night out and I would definately stay here again.

This is one of the most thoughtful airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The place was so clean and they really thought of everything! We even wanted to take our coffee to go the last morning and they had paper cups with lids - amazing attention to detail. And the decor was cute! Also, if anyone is going to Brookhaven national lab, the location is pretty much the best you can get.

The hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The place was as described and quite nice. We had a short stay, and just two adults so we didn't make the best use of the place, but we could tell that it would have been great for a longer trip as well.

The look of the house doesn’t do the justice! The place is clean, has backyard, parking and close to the beach and stores etc! They host very welcoming and accommodating! We would come back!

Lynne's place was great, it was exactly what I needed short notice. The bed was comfortable, the room was comfortable. Lynn met us when we arrived and was extremely friendly. There was a booklet in the room that told you everything you needed to know and had some yummy zucchini walnut bread and clementines for us. There were plenty of towels and it was very private. The room was separate and I could not hear any of the house noise. Overall I give this stay an 20 out of 10. It really was one of the best air BnBs I have the pleasure of staying in so far. Lynne’s place has a great location, is perfectly clean, bight, cheerful and very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped; the deck gets lots of sun -- a nice spot for relaxing. Lynne is a responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommended!

Lynn’s place is great! She is the nicest person we felt so welcome and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the beach. She has great tips for coffee and restaurants. We don’t drive but her place is about 7min drive or 10 min bike ride to everything unless your going further. We found out there is a bike share “pedal ride” they have bikes on Main street and you can bike to either beaches there are some with a docking station ( which you don’t need, to pause the bikes) it’s $4 an hour and saves you the 8min wait for a Uber to get somewhere in 10m by bike. We had a wonderful time! Would recommend her place! Thank you again! Kel

Lynne and Mark are very friendly and welcoming people who did everything to make our stay perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything was very clean and tidy. It is a five minute walk to the bay and a ten minute drive to the beach and the location is very quite and in a beautiful neighbourhood. The place is perfect to spend some time in the Hamptons and we are already looking forward to coming back some time soon.

Shirley was a great host! Her place was a great little getaway for my parents 30th anniversary weekend! My parents could not stop saying nice enough things about Shirley’s hospitality, the small touches in the room like a little ballon for their anniversary and homemade fig jam! The apartment was convenient to many of the local wineries and restaurants. The room was just the right size for a weekend getaway not too far away from home. Thank you again Shirley!

Shirley’s place is exactly as depicted in her pictures. Her warm personal welcome, thoughtful little touches (like the happy anniversary balloon, home-made honey, fresh picked figs), and clean/ warm loft really made us feel right at home. And even though the wind was howling outside when we visited, her home was very warm and comfortable.

Shirley's place is perfect! We were not far from the Hamptons and did a day trip to Montauk very easily so the location was great. Shirley met us at the check-in, showed us around, and even gave us fresh honey, figs, homemade fig jelly, and bagels. The space is very clean and well kept. It was cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great place to rent!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for our family. It has a lot of common area with a lot of natural light. The neighborhood was very quiet and a quick drive to the beach where we took daily walks. The master bedroom has a nice office alcove that we could put our baby in so she had a semi private space. We will definitely return for our next gathering!

Javier was extremely helpful and there for us when we arrived late. The room was unbelievably clean. I loved the view and the location was perfect. We stayed at Gurney's the week before and paid almost 3x as much for the same room with less of a view. I would reccomend here 10x over Gurney's.

I needed two extra rooms for my two brothers who were visiting the USA. Marcia's house was just perfect for what I was looking for. The spacious rooms are clean, uncluttered, and everything look organized. The kitchen is spotless and great coffee and teas are available. We were extremely happy.

We stayed here for two nights and totally loved it. Ms. Marcia has a big house and she keeps it clean. The bed was big enough for the two of us and we had our own TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is clean and she provides all basic amenities to her guests such as towels, napkins, soap, face wash, shampoo, etc. Her patio is beautiful and she offered us to use it anytime. She is a kind host and I would definitely come back if I am looking for a place to stay on the island.

Let’s start by saying that Rose is an AMAZING host and very accommodating especially the with me being a first time user of the site. I booked the cottage for my daughter and her boyfriend as a gift for both doing so well in their first year of college. Sue was gracious to accommodate the unique request. Regarding the cottage, they both shared that the cottage was an amazing retreat perfect for a couple. The cottage was well equipped with everything needed for a nice quiet stay and the hammock and pool were amazing bonuses after a long day at the beach. Sue also provided towels and toiletries as an added special touch. I highly recommend Sue as a host and the cottage as a fantastic retreat in the hamptons.

Susan’s cottage was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for: beautiful, secluded outdoor space, a gorgeous pool, and perfectly clean. Very conveniently located near the town, too. We’d definitely return!

A friend and I spent three nights here and found the cottage truly is enchanting! The cottage itself is small, but had everything we needed--two twin beds (which worked for us), a kitchenette and both indoor and outdoor showers. But the yard and the pool were amazing... there's a great big deck surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, and a huge pool. It was peaceful and pleasant and we felt we had really lucked out in finding it. Moreover, our hosts were incredibly responsive when we had trouble logging into the wifi or figuring out the television--they could not have been nicer. We can't wait to go back!

David and his beautiful dog Katara welcomed us so nicely, we just knew it’s going to be a great weekend. We had a tour at the house and back yard and from that moment on we got full privacy, peace and quiet. The view outside is so relaxing, we spent most of our time outside. The house has a great sound system in and outdoor that allowed us to enjoy music while cooking, reading and chilling at the hot tub. This weekend ended up to be much more than we could expect. Definitely coming back from the summer!

It’s hard to find a house on the shore in such great conditions and price. The house was nice and clean and David was one of the best landlord I have ever spoke with, very respectful and thoughtful! My favorite part of the house is the hot tub, setting in the hot tub while raining out side, sip a glass of sweet wine. Can’t name anything better than this! Will definitely come back again! Thank you David for letting me and my friends staying over🤗

David was an amazing host and it was an amazing stay. We had an amazing view from our room and the pool/hot tub were just a perfect way to end the summer. It was also relatively cheap to get around the neighborhood and the beach is also nearby. The space was also very clean and he was very responsive as a host. I will gladly make a second trip here.

It was a pleasure visiting Center Moriches and staying at Jay's house. It's well decorated with a lot of local flare and it is VERY clean and comfortable. Very, very close to the beach with a great park right on the water. Highly recommend during any season of the year!!

Both the house and Jay were excellent to us. It was way better than we ever imagined or expected. Really nice touches inside the house and the decor was brilliant! Jay even got the deer to roam the front of the garden on our last night! We’ll be back for sure.

Jay’s home is so wonderful, I almost don’t want to write a great review so it can be a well kept secret! (Ha!) But I will.... If you want to walk in the door and feel like you’re home, then look no further. Just spent a tranquil NYE there with my boyfriend! From making dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoying the warm, bubbling jacuzzi under the stars, walking along the beach, etc. I can go on and on. The house is beautifully decorated. Little touches in every room made our stay the absolute best. I didn’t need to pack half of the stuff I did, he has all you need in the house! Breakfast at Country Cottage Diner was also amazing! We cannot wait to come back with our kids when the weather warms up.

The house was immaculate! We loved the location and the set up. Jay was always available for any questions or concerns that we had. It was a great value!!!!

Jay’s place was awesome! We came in on a red eye the night before and he offered us early check in, which was so helpful so we could rest. His place is clean, stylish and close to the beautiful beach and playground which our two year old loved! We got to enjoy the hot tub and the peaceful community. I’d definitely recommend his place to anyone!

Sometimes I’m hesitant to write a good review—or to even write one at all. Why? Because I want to keep a hidden gem all to myself. This cottage is just that. It’s totally renovated, very clean, with countless amenities, and set on a beautiful wooded lot on a quiet lane. Add to that the fact that Lil and Nick are amazing hosts. They take care of your every need. I simply cannot say enough good things about the cottage, and I simply cannot wait to return!

This lovely cottage was the perfect getaway. It was quiet, sunny, green, and so pleasant. It's a quick drive to beaches, farmstands, and the kitchen was really fun to cook in. It was so lovely to eat out on the deck. This place was a little idyll and I'm so glad we stayed there!

I stayed at Lillian’s place while I traveled for work for 3 months and her and her husband could not have been more welcoming and helpful during my time there. The cottage is the perfect size for 1-3 guests. Kitchen is updated and absolutely gorgeous! I can’t wait to come back during the summer to stay!

We stayed here for the weekend and had a great time! Rich met us at the door and walked us through the house, explaining everything in great detail so we had issues during our stay. The roof deck has gorgeous views. The interior is bright and clean with plenty of space. Would love to stay here again during warmer weather and use the bikes to get to the beach. Highly recommend staying here, looks even better than the pictures!

Came into the area for work. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Waking up in the mornings with all the sunshine was very calming and relaxing.

My partner and I had a lovely time at Richard & Theresa's place, even in the middle of winter. The house is beautiful, clean, and sunlit and the many candles and sea themed decor was a delightful touch. Richard and Theresa were flexible and friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the stars, deer roaming in the tall grass, and a breathtaking sunset. A welcome break from the big city. Thank you!

Rich and Theresa 's home is more than you could ever expect. From the stylish beautiful house, to the stargazing on the terrasse... Beach near by on which we enjoyed a nice long walk.. Words and pictures cant describe the great stay we had. Meeting Rich who warmly greeted us was a true pleasure too. Rich and Theresa are very responsive and accommodating, I without a doubt recommend their home! Thank you!!

This charming beach house is as pictured and described - sun filled , clean, lovely upper deck with great water views for breakfast or drinks. We were there in winter so didn’t avail ourselves of bikes or picnic basket.

I loved my stay at this house in Mastic Beach. The location is beautiful. All the amenities were appropriate and easy to operate, and you can tell the house has been recently updated. Smith Point 10 minutes away was a treat. The sun-soaked interior was very pleasant. Also, the big HD TV with complete external sound was very appreciated, and should be considered a selling point. I would say this is ideal for about 1-3 adults. Thank you so much Theresa and Rich.

A very wonderful place to stay. The location is just a couple of blocks from the water. The location is quiet and peaceful. The decor is really nice. It is exactly as described. I would be delighted to stay there again on my next trip.

Very cool location, beautiful views of the water. Sunlight fillIng the living room area and deck in the morning was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Bedrooms were very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful location with incredible views. We could not have been happier with our stay. We will be looking to rent again next time we are in town with friends.

Great value. we really enjoyed the hot tube it was warm when we got there and heated very quickly. great view. very private. own dock. I dont know if i would swim off it but great to boat off of. it in in the bay side so there is no beach access. we can walk about a mile to the beach.

Overall, nice stay! Beautiful location and the hot tub was a hit!
