Yet only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful village of Adare and 35 minutes drive to Shannon International Airport. Curraghchase Forest Park is 3 minutes away by car and the cottage is 2 minutes away from the N69 which is part of the network of roads on the Wild Atlantic Way.

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Cottage is 15 minutes drive to Adare, 20 minutes drive to Limerick city. Shannon airport is 40 minutes drive away . The cottage will have an extra bedroom available for the Ryder Cup 2027 . Cottage at that time will accommodate 6 people . Minimum booking at that time will be for 7 days.
