The air-conditioned villa Anastasia, close to the banks of the Seine, will welcome you in the utmost comfort. You will enjoy a large living room directly overlooking its private garden, 2 large bedrooms (with a choice for each bedroom of 2 beds of 90x200 cm or 1 bed of 160x200), a fully equipped kitchen and a very beautiful bathroom. The villa has fiber, 2 parking spaces, private access. The villa is an independent part of a large house.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
