You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

In a private property, independent duplex studio of more than 20 m2. On the ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, shower room with toilet and washing machine. The large floor-to-ceiling windows of the Kapla House immerse you on a 5,000 щ private plot where our family home is also located. Lovers of walking, mountain biking or climbing are within a 10-minute walk of the banks of the Seine as well as the entrance to the Fontainebleau forest.
