Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We rent our main residence for a short summer period. Located in the village center, we benefit from a charming garden on the Vèbre river where naps are sweet and dinners on the terrace are most pleasant. All shops are within walking distance. Saoû is a village which provides access to multiple outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, river swimming). Nice restaurants and weekly markets.

10 minutes from Rémuzat, perched on a plateau above the Saint May gorges, the farmhouse overlooks the Angèle mountain, the Saint Laurent plateau and its vultures, the place is conducive to silence and rest. The nearest neighbor is 200 meters away. The 12-meter pool blends beautifully into the landscape (open from May 18 to October 18). The covered terrace welcomes you at all times.
