Conveniently Located - New Luxury Townhome

RachelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Five Star Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at the Bancroft cottage. The house was clean, free of clutter, nicely furnished, and full of character. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were so many things to do within walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was a fun mini-vacation for us in a beautiful house and neighborhood.

My stay with my family was amazing! The house was beautiful and very clean! The host was more than accommodating and friendly. She was amazingly welcoming and super understanding ❤️ We felt like we were at home. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is traveling with a bigger group. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully. Parking wasn’t that bad… but parking in Philly was a challenge everywhere lol. This house is a greatchoice 👍🏾

I had a wonderful stay at Dany’s place in the Italian Market neighborhood, such a charming area full of personality and amazing food! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the best of Philly without any hassle. The property itself was comfortable and welcoming, truly adding to the experience. When I come back to Philly, there’s no question, I’ll be staying there again. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful 1 Bedroom in the Heart of Chestnut Hill

NatashaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!
