An absolutely perfect place for rest and relaxation.

What a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we went here for a short night but we will definitely come back to explore the area better. The house is wonderful. We immediately felt at home. In the kitchen you imagine yourself in the French countryside. The house is very cozy. We (parents) love the mattress on the double bed, our children slept wonderfully on the sofa bed. The area is also wonderfully quiet. In the forest on the water in a nature reserve. It is definitely recommended for everyone. We say a 5 star night. TOP

Very good place to stay to visit the surrounding mountains. Restaurants by the lake a few minutes walk down the road. The street by the flat is a little noisy but that didn't bother us. The place was very comfortable and the hosts very responsive.

Everything was great: the place is exactly like on the pictures, even a little bigger than I imagined. Very warm and cosy. Had every single thing we could think about: a drip coffee maker, a gazer coffee maker, toaster, tree, coffee, oils and salts, games of all kinds and books (mostly about cooking), all kinds of cooking utensils, candles, even some washing liquid! I couldn't think of a single thing I'd need that wasn't there. I felt very much like home. Pascale's hospitality is just... She gave us maps with the routes that i didn't find on the internet, gave us great tips on there to go and even brought us to the train station by car! I wouldn't count on that every time, but it was a very nice touch. I'll definitely come again to walk, "cook" in the terme and relax in front of the fire. P.S.: therme has a discount if you've come by the train

Everything was great, gladly again

We had a great time in Bad Endorf at Pascale! The communication in advance was great, the check in was smooth! In the cozy apartment we found everything we needed before everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight, of course, is the oven. where you can end the evening. During our stay Pascale was nice and open-minded with questions, so that our vacation was completely successful!

I had a very good stay. Astrid is very nice and accommodating. I would come back anytime. The house is particularly suitable if you want to be left alone to get down or do other work. But also through the lake and the landscape you have the opportunity to do some things outside.

I stayed with Astrid and her family for five nights, I felt very comfortable, the room offers everything you would like to feel good about. The surroundings around the lake are simply fantastic. I will gladly come again

Astrid is a lovely and great hostess. We will be back for a visit! The breakfast is amazing. We got the table lovingly and richly covered. Fresh rolls, bread, sausage, cheese, jam, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and much more were available in the morning for breakfast. Astrid always put a little surprise on the table one day it was a delicious piece of cake, another a power cereal with fresh fruit and yoghurt. The room is small but nice. The bathroom and toilet are very clean. We slept well, the beds are comfortable. The balcony is shared with other guests. The view is even better than in the pictures. Every morning you look directly at the Chiemsee and the alpine landscape. We found our short break very nice and thank you for the lovely hospitality. Many thanks to Astrid and her family.

I was warmly welcomed by Astrid and spent a very nice and relaxing time at the Nigglhof - I would like to come back. In the friendly environment with the Chiemsee on the doorstep and with a prepared by Astrid and your family breakfast (in the homemade jam I could get into it) it was great to relax. We recommend!

Very clean, good facilities, everything was there, even bathrobe and bathing shoes, very helpful and friendly. Good starting point for bike tours around the Chiemsee, directly on the bike path. I liked everything very much!

A room to feel good in the sheep wash bay and a very sympathetic hostess (plus mother in law), the left nothing to be desired ... It has been said before: yes, you should have a car ... Yes, it is loud the window is open (otherwise you hear nothing) ... But the location on the lake, the people, the lovely breakfast, the nice atmosphere in the room and house and the sparkling cleanliness I will certainly not last time enjoyed ...

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay here! Only 3 nights, but the effort Christine and Reinhard put in helping us and giving tips such as restaurants and places to visit was heart-warming! Everything is clean tidy, good beds and the location is perfect if you want to go to surrounding areas. We recommend strongly!

A thoroughly thought out, really beautiful accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. The welcome was warm, the apartment quiet and really decorated with love. The Netflix access was the cream hood. Always, always happy.

Christiane had welcomed us very kindly, she is an extraordinary hostess who likes to give tips about possible activities in the area and is really very attentive when it comes to questions. Your apartment is well equipped and warm, especially for the cold days. The apartment is perfectly located near Lake Chiemsee (20 minutes by car) and very close to a bakery and a supermarket (10 minutes on foot). The parking lot in front of the apartment is just great - you couldn't ask for more for your money. One of the best apartments I've booked on Airbnb!

I can highly recommend Christiane's small apartment to 100%. It is totally tastefully and artistically furnished, extremely clean, is great in the area of the Chiemgau with shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance and Christiane is a soul of man. It was wonderful days with her. We even got a fresh bunch of flowers. It was just beautiful!

Annemarie was very nice and the rented room was clean and comfortably furnished. The rest of the apartment is shared with her. She loaned us her hiking sticks and a guide for our hike! The small village is very remote, but by car you can easily reach other places (shops and the like), Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. Perfect place to switch off!

I was now in Söchtenau am Simssee for two nights at the end of November because I wanted to attend a concert nearby - everything gray in gray and rain! And then I came into Annemarie's world of colors! A large studio and living room, so creatively and lovingly furnished that I could not believe it. Even the guest room - so beautiful! A new bathroom that was shared with Annemarie was sparkling clean and I was also allowed to use the kitchen - a wonderful, inspiring place! If you ever wanted to paint, this is the ideal place. Or drum? That is also possible and much more. Annemarie is a warm, extraordinary woman, with whom you immediately feel at home. The apartment, in a converted farmhouse - with a garden - is not far from the Simssee lake, 3 km from Bad Endorf - there you can enjoy yourself in the thermal bath All in all - a great place for a TIME OUT.I can highly recommend it.

Lydia and Hans are awesome. Your treatment and help are exquisite. The kindness, the desire to help etc. They are an example. They even kindly accompanied me, from Rossholzen to Brannenburg by car so that I could catch the train from Munich with a very annoying rain. If I had to give a grade from 1 to 10 I would give them a 15 !!!

We felt very comfortable with Daniela, Peter and Gustl. Although it was already very cold in early October, it was cozy and warm at night thanks to insulation and thick duvets. Very nice area!

Daniela and Peter are very friendly and helpful hosts :) The Gustl is sooo cozy and warmly decorated. It is small, but absolutely fine: D The kitchen block is in a kind of garage. At first a bit strange, but also here it is comfortable and above all functional. You can cook without problems and prepare breakfast. And there is a selection of drinks available, for the first thirst (for a small extra charge). The environment is totally charming, great scenery. We like to come back. Thanks you two:)

My husband and I spent one night in Stafanie's apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the style suits 100% to the region, which has a lot to offer for leisure activities. Both the bathroom, the kitchen and the spacious living area were very clean. Stefanie is extremely friendly and was very flexible regarding the check-in. So it was possible that we could only check in at 22 o'clock. Many thanks for everything!!

Stefanie's place is in a lovely little farming village and very peaceful. Her hospitality and the help from her children were second to none. I can most highly recommend especially if touring by bike or car. A most relaxing time.

At Melanie you can go on holiday undisturbed. The house is quiet. It is not far to the Chiemsee. In the kitchen and in the bathroom everything is available what you need. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Self contained and if you happen to want self catering then this place is the way forward. Own kitchenette in the room was an unexpected bonus so hence not used. Great shower albeit shared with other guests.

My husband and I lived in one of the two rooms available in Anna and Hubert’s home. The room was as described; comfortable, and it had all it needs. More importantly, Anna and Hubert were warm, welcoming hosts. They reached out past their obligations to help us, and were consistently available to answer questions. We had fun times there, from having a BBQ with Anna and Hubert to befriending the five horses on the property. We are, in fact, planning on returning for another, shorter stay, as we feel very welcome and comfortable there.

The house of Manfred and Barbara is located on the outskirts of Rimsting in a wonderfully quiet location on a large garden plot facing south. On the terrace we spent beautiful hours of sunshine drinking tea and reading. The house is small and modest. But everything is there, what you need. The small kitchen is functionally furnished and fully equipped. If you want, you can cook here yourself. So ideal for self-catering. The bathroom with shower and toilet and is fully furnished and equipped. On the beds in the living room / bedroom we slept well. With bedding, towels, soap, etc. the service was like in the hotel. The dresser with large drawers is a stylish antique. (You have to like it.) We liked it very much.) Modern TV set with flat screen TV and all connections (including HDMI) and DVD player are available. A private wireless router too. In Rimsting there is a large Edeka supermarket (1.2 km away) where you can buy everything. Three restaurants with a medium price range (Italian, German and Chinese cuisine) offers the place too. To the shore of Lake Chiemsee is 2 km, where we have the Chiemsee cycle path used extensively. Manfred and Barbara were very friendly hosts. In case of late arrival, they were flexible. They have always responded to telecommunications very promptly. Of course the house is not a five star hotel. But if you want to escape the stress of the big city, like it quiet and do not want to miss out on comfort, this is the place for you. We felt very well the week and say thank you very much to Manfred and Barbara!

Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Even when it's hot you can find cool shade under the big trees in the grove and by the stream.

A super tastefully decorated apartment. Everything was freshly renovated and very clean. Did not live in very good hotels so great. High light is certainly the age-old leather pants, framed behind glass in the living room. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays. The kitchen is complete, in the bathroom is a washing machine and for balmy evenings you can from the living room to the balcony. As it is in Bavaria, were also some chilled beer in the fridge. The location is pretty much in the middle between the harbor and the city center. In both directions about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. If only all the apartments were so great!

We spent four days with Sebastian and Gerlinde and were not really lucky with the weather. Nevertheless, the stay after a real vacation felt. The place is fantastically beautiful, the proximity to Wasserburg and Rosenheim is perfect and the Hofstätter lake on your doorstep is a dream ..... The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready for tips or ratchets without being intrusive in any way. House and grounds are laid out with a lot of love, everywhere are beautiful details to recognize.

The apartment is really nice! Not only the location is very good but also the decor, it was very welcoming and thoughtful, which made you feel at home. It's a good base for visiting Ludwig 2nd's palace on Herreninsel island in Lake Chiemsee, where the interior decoration is - in my opinion - amazing. I booked well in advance, but my arrival still came at a bad time for Josefine, because her son had just had an accident. Despite this, she made the effort to receive me, which I appreciated.

As the last station of our tour around Lake Chiemsee, we stayed overnight with Josef. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the stay at this beautiful place very much.

The hayloft stands in a lovingly cultivated garden, complete with swimming pool and apricot tree. And I was also allowed to participate in Julia's yoga lesson in the garden. Great! Wasserburg is within easy walking distance.

We spent one night on our way through Julia and slept on the hayloft. Although the weather did not play that way, we felt very comfortable, could use all the rooms and the yoga and relaxation room. Julia and Stefan are great hosts, the whole house and the garden quiet and lovingly designed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and wanting to retire for a few days.
