The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
