Kira's apartment is close to the beach, it is well maintained and well equipped. Kira and her friend Gudrun were always available for questions and were very friendly and accommodating. On another visit to Warnemünde, I would request the apartment again.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

From the beginning, we felt right at home when you enter the apartment, you can look directly at the sea. The apartment was very clean and there was nothing missing in the kitchen. Also, thank you for the numerous tips on restaurants and things to do. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable, the apartment is very lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Hand soap, sufficient dishwashing tabs, baking paper, salt, pepper, … were available, which I personally always appreciate very much. In addition, there were also some toys available. We were completely satisfied and would come back any time. The contact with Anna-Maria was very friendly and we received a quick response to all questions. Thanks for that!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed in a very friendly and competent manner. Sebastian reported very punctually and was immediately responsive. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, has all the things that are needed (and more). The price is absolutely reasonable! We spent some very nice days and nights there. Very cozy and top equipped cottage, wonderfully quiet place to relax, view from the balcony of the Bodden a dream, well-kept property. Communication with landlords very nice, Chec in complete with key box without complications. Born is quietly located on the Bodden, beautiful quiet place, bakery 5 minutes, many excursions also by bike. The place is highly recommended!

We had a great weekend with friends from Hamburg and Berlin. The place was great for everyone to reach by car. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook very tasty twice. The ice cube compartment is also a big plus (: Unfortunately, the wifi 10 wasn't always stable, so it's not so good for working remotely. But for a quiet weekend or week to relax and do things, the apartment is super suitable! We will be happy to come back (:

We really enjoyed staying at Ricky's place. The house was perfectly equipped for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen was perfectly equipped even if you forgot something, filter bags,coffee, sugar or salt, everything was available. From the living room and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

There is not much to do in the area but it was peaceful and the apartment was comfortable

A very nice, clean house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Communication with Nicole was nice and productive. The area is very quiet, and there are also many seating and lying options in the garden. Everything was great. We will be happy to come back.

Great location with sun, calm and inland waters on the terrace side and the sea on the other side of the street. We enjoyed the sun on the terrace very much. Delicious wine and good advice right outside the door in the wine bar. Very tastefully furnished, cozy apartment. For our taste, the bed was a little bit hard, but we also sleep very soft. The walls to the adjoining apartments are thin (bring earplugs). We liked it all around – we had a nice vacation weekend :) . Tip for the surrounding area: Bring or rent bicycles

Kathrin was very nice and provided us with all the important information about our stay, so everything was super easy and straightforward. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The central location is also great.

We felt very comfortable in Regina's apartment. It is beautifully and practically furnished and it really has everything you could think of and need. We enjoyed swimming in Lake Bosow right by the house and paddling around with our kayak. At the lake, we enjoyed the tranquility. The only downside is the noise level from the road that passes by the house, but through which you also have a quick connection in all directions.

Beautiful stay with sea views We had a very nice time in the apartment on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the sea view simply fantastic – waking up every morning overlooking the water was very special. We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dike to the Bodden behind it. Via the dike, you can reach the town of Zingst on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is very cozy, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.

We were in Schwerin for 8 days and stayed as a family in Tobi's apartment. Although there were 5 of us, we had enough space and above all the living/dining area is mega large and cozy. You could have easily spent more time there without getting on each other's nerves.😉 The whole stay was totally relaxing and Tobi was always responsive as a host. Everything was super organized - the easy check-in/out, there was a folder with a lot of information and you were super informed. We have rarely received such a perfect "guide" to living😊 The apartment itself is very modernly furnished and you feel right at home. There was everything you need, incl. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bed linens, towels and a small welcome! The location is great, you are right on the lake, there is a nice playground right next door and you can quickly walk to the old town. We enjoyed the stay very much and would come back any time😊

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful place. Even before my arrival, I felt warmly welcomed thanks to the friendly and personal communication of the hosts. The apartment immediately convinced me with its loving decor and cozy ambience!
