If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The rustic Backhus is part of the Old Museum Yard and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Beach House Somerset

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Baltic Sea house near Kühlungsborn

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle and tourism and still want to vacation near the beach, you have come to the right place. Our small, simple but cozy cottage is located in Wichmannsdorf, near Kühlungsborn. The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to have relaxation and tranquility and likes to look out of the bedroom window into the greenery.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
