Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Furthermore, our thermal baths in the Coburg region as well as, for example, the Staffelberg, which invites you to hike, can also be reached within 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is an excellent restaurant with German cuisine.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

In the city, quiet, green, parking - Welcome!

My place is right in the middle of the city and yet quite quiet. It is a maximum of 10 minutes to Schloßplatz or market square or train station. We have within 100 m radius: Lidl, E-Center with bakery, Aldi, Denns with organic bakery, drugstore, magazines, beverage market. Maybe you'll love my place because of the good amenities and the bright, warm charisma. Maybe also because of our large, friendly forest garden where the birds greet you in the morning with chirping...
