Newly built, nice, modern ground floor apartment in Lomma Hamn. All the amenities you need in the apartment. In Lomma, there are cozy small neighborhoods, a harbor, several swimming areas, restaurants, cafes, a liquor store, a nice sandy beach and activities for all ages. For those who like water sports, SUP, Kite or Windsurfing, Lomma is fantastic! Approximately 200 meters from Lomma's beach, 5-minute walk to Lomma center, train and the train and bus station. Close to several well-stocked grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes' walking distance.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. Lomma is a thriving community with a perfect location by the sea, 10 km from Lund and 10 km from Malmö. There are lovely walking paths along the sea or in the nearby parks at Alnarp Agricultural University. The proximity to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen means that there is always access to world-class culture and shopping. The house is from 1913 but renovated in 2016 with retained charm. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
