Det är 4,7 km till Landvetter flygplats, 22 km till Göteborg, 44 km till Borås. 150 meter till busshållplats med kommunikation till Göteborg. Lägenheten är placerad nära natur och bra buss kommunikation. I anslutning till gården finns en promenadslinga på 1,2 km med blandskog.

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Mysig lägenhet i villa med egen ingång och utsikt över trädgård och skog. Passar dig som vill bo lugnt och naturnära men samtidigt ha närheten till stan. Promenadavstånd till skog och vackra strövområden, flera badsjöar och Partille golfklubb. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar (kan hyras för 200kr/vistelse och meddelas då i förväg). Pga städning ej fungerat har vi nu återinfört en städavgift så ansvarar vi själva för städningen. Möjlighet till laddning av elbil.

Vika Trollen - Idyllisk röd stuga vid stranden

Mysig stuga belägen precis vid vattenbrynet med stor terrass i söderläge. Under sommarmånaderna ingår det en roddbåt och en kanot vid den egna bryggan samt kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns snabbt WiFi i stugan som når ända ner till bryggan. Stugan har två mysiga sovrum och ett loft där man kan umgås på kvällarna. Det lilla köket är fullt utrustat med det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester, tex mikro diskmaskin samt stor kyl och frys.

Awesome cottage in beautiful rural surroundings

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.
