In this unique home, you'll have some privacy with cottages on a scenic beach. Next to the cottage begins a beautiful sandy beach of about a kilometer long, where there are hardly any other users. Nearest neighbor about 500m away. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump. At least 20 liters of clean drinking water are available at the cottage. More will be delivered as agreed. The washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of Marjaniemi light can be seen just over 2.5 km away. There are hiking trails nearby.

Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities.
