Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the farmyard in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation was renovated to a modern standard in 2013, preserving the atmosphere of an old-fashioned granny's house. Our farm is located in a quiet suburb of Kalajoki, 17 km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärki. In our yard, there are rabbits, chickens, cats, and a dog. A trampoline, a go-kart and a sandbox are also available for guests. There is a barbecue canopy in the yard with a gas grill. In the summer of 2026, a yard sauna will be available.

Paradise by the sea

In this unique home, you'll have some privacy with cottages on a scenic beach. Next to the cottage begins a beautiful sandy beach of about a kilometer long, where there are hardly any other users. Nearest neighbor about 500m away. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump. At least 20 liters of clean drinking water are available at the cottage. More will be delivered as agreed. The washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of Marjaniemi light can be seen just over 2.5 km away. There are hiking trails nearby.

An architect's home close to nature in Hailuoto

Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. There is also a separate glazed summer room in the courtyard, where it is comfortable to sit from evening until night.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A cozy two-room apartment in Kempele, equipped with an air-source heat pump and with its own entrance. Close to the highway! Free parking! Multiple cars can fit in the yard. A peaceful location in the middle of a field landscape. About 2 km to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu. You can arrive at the accommodation after 3:00 p.m. at any time you like and check out by 12:00 p.m. Families with children are taken into account: travel cot, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the price.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts between 6 pm and 10 pm)
