Vacation rentals with lake access in Rutland County

This house was absolutely perfect!!! Plenty of space for 9 people (we had 3 adults and 6 kids) the kids were able to play downstairs and let the adults relax upstairs after a long day at the mountain. Beautiful location right on the lake. I have stayed at ALOT of AirBnb’s and this one was one of my favorite places. 2 thumbs up and a five star rating across the board…. Would definitely consider renting with Meadow again…. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Great place. Extremely well stocked. The working fireplace and pool table were big hits. The requirement to pay $95 extra for sheets and towels took us by surprise -- even though it is mentioned in the house rules we missed it. Bob did offer that we could bring our own and avoid that extra charge so that is what we did.

Beautiful cabin. Beautiful area. All around an excellent place to stay. Would recommend this to anyone. The loft style sleeping arrangements were also super comfortable and pretty cool as well. Would definitely return.

Robert was a great host; the house was as expected, instructions were clear for check-in, check-out and the rules. The heat was not on/working upon arrival but it was fixed and Robert was responsive and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

The house is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s planning a trip to the area. Austin’s place is very stylish, comfortable and has everything that’ll make your stay an enjoying experience. You’ll find nice touches and well-thought details throughout the house the moment you step in. Location is also amazing to have a safe and peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings while being close to all nearby actions. We had a great ski trip overall and already planning to be back.

Really enjoyed my stay at Paul’s Airbnb. He was extremely responsive and always got back to me within minutes of contacting him. The location was beautiful and proximal to the lake as well as restaurants in Castleton. I will definitely stay here next time I’m visiting family in the area!

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

Grey was an amazing host, he and his wife made us feel at home on their beautiful farm. The apartment is well equipped and cozy, the location is stunning. We loved the swim hole and would definitely go there again.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this cute apartment. We were visiting our daughter at the nearby university and got some skiing in at Killington and Pico. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, bed and separate sitting area. We will definitely be back!!

Great spot, stayed here while skiing in Killington (45 minute drive). Full kitchen was great and both beds were comfortable. Close to rutland too (15-20 minutes) where’s there’s more food and store options. Would stay again!

Last minute life changes landed me attending university with no lodgings. Thankfully, I was able to find Paul's spot, which was ideal for a serens work environment. As good as it gets.

This was our third year at the Spiral Cottage for our annual girls trip!! Lisa is SO responsive and accommodating and we always have an absolute blast at her place. Thank you Lisa!!

Alecia and John were meticulous hosts from the well curated guide book to their responsiveness when we had questions. All made for a wonderful family fourth of july! We look forward to returning.

What a great place! Came up for a few days of ice fishing and couldn't be happier. The place was just as described and had everything we needed and more. The property and the lake were beautiful. Lee gave clear directions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The most perfect weekend! The house was absolutely incredible, if we could have done nothing but sit on the deck and look out of the lake we would have been perfectly content. Steph was awesome to communicate with!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house for a weekend ski getaway. The house is located on a gorgeous lake just minutes from Okemo, making it a perfect stay for Skiing. The views of the lake are spectacular with direct lake front access. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hot tub after skiing as well as sitting in the living room by the gas fire place. This is by far one of the nicest AirBnBs that we have booked near Okemo and we look forward to staying at the house again in the summer and winter.

Kate was very responsive,super friendly, and accommodating when I selected the wrong amount of guests & pets upon initial booking. The property, especially the outdoor upper deck, was beautiful and peaceful. Very safe & quiet neighborhood.

The lake front cabin has great views and peaceful surroundings. The lake was frozen, so kids enjoyed ice fishing and watching the stars. We had plenty of snow for sledding and skiing in Killington. John made sure the driveway was clean and safe at all times. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin as always! It is such a perfect beautiful spot, private and quiet and comfortable. The screened in porch is a fave, the place has everything you need from cooking stuff to cozy blankets, board games books life jackets, they think of everything. We will be back!
