Нам очень понравилось жилье! Отличное место: рынок со свежими продуктами, мног супермаркетов и ресторанов! До старого города на такси, но такси стоит очень дешевл и мы везде перемещались на такси!!! Отличное жилье!!!

The place was amazing. It’s in a very good neighborhood. You feel very safe day and night. You can buy whatever that you need from the 2 malls downstairs. And there’s a lot of really good restaurants in a walk distance. The tower itself is beautiful and clean. The apartment gives you a real home vibe, the first thing that you notice is the amazing view of the green mountains. The furniture is beautiful and practical in the same time. The host is very friendly and helpful. He always makes an extra effort to help. And he’s always relatable and trying his best to give a good experience. I highly recommend this place

Nice small apartment, cozy and clean. Internet is good and stabe, there's a decent workdedk if you need to do remote work. Not sure about groceries nearby, but East point mall is 10 min driving. Great value for money

Very hospitable hosts! We had the great pleasure of staying in this apartment during our stay in Tbilisi. Enough space for several people. The dishwasher and washing machine reduced the hassle several times over. It was a pleasure to be in this accommodation!

The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. Misho was extremely friendly and responsive — he answered any questions within a couple of minutes. The location is also excellent, with all the shops and essentials just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Everything was lovel, the location, the view, and the interior design were all great. The place was clean and comfortable, and it had a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and stylish spot.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Excellent hostess and very cozy accommodation. The house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, clean linens and comfortable bed. Great location of the apartment. We really liked the fireplace in this apartment. This house has a very good aura and atmosphere. Next time I am in Tbilisi, I will definitely come back to this apartment.

Its very beautiful place, it was neat and very clean. host is very proactive and supportive. Price is fair and its very close to all the scenery of tbilisi. we will stay again here. 10/10 star

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Konstantine is highly responsive. A great location from which to explore Tblisi.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.

i loved Mariam’s place! Place has super light in the day time. Peaceful local apartment with Italian yard, nice neighborhood. Totally would stay again! ❤️
