Vacation rentals in Ruskin

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gretchen’s place on AMI. We had everything we needed and more at the condo! Our teens especially liked all the beach equipment and toys, the pool table, and the darts. The adults enjoyed using the bikes to explore the island. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook meals at home. The walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was beautiful everyday! We also enjoyed the proximity to many good restaurants. Publix is a short drive away for groceries. Gretchen is very attentive, answering questions prior to our visit and responding quickly to a concern we had upon move-in. The garbage disposal wasn’t working when we arrived, and Gretchen had someone out to fix it the next morning. She even gave us $50 back for our “troubles”! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more from this Airbnb experience! Many thanks to Gretchen!

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

Fantastic host and home for your big family vacation. Great location near so many different keys and beaches. Whole family was so happy we stayed here.

Upon my arrival Philip was very responsive via messages. Whenever I reached out, he responded within minutes. Gave great instructions on the check in process. The home was nice and cozy (especially the beds!!) exactly how pictured. It was clean. Nice surroundings restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the home. I only stayed for 1 night, and it was what we needed! There was a laundry room with complimentary detergent. I have no complaints at all. Myself and the other guest gave it a thumbs up!

Great accommodations with simple and tasteful elegance. Peaceful setting and convenient to everything we were interested in—museums, beach, restaurants and stores. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
