Das 65 m² große Appartement bietet einen geräumigen Wohn/-Essraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Dusche, sowie ein separates WC und 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und WLAN im gesamten Appartement. Die Sauna befindet sich im Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang durch das Badezimmer, mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon (südseitig) und einen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

"Small but fine" describes the cozy apartment perfectly, a cozy bedroom with access to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy nature in the summer months.

Knusperhaisl - Enjoy this wonderful place

From now on, our Knusperhaisl can be booked again - from May 19, 2021 we can welcome you again. My place is close to the Hauser-Kaibling ski resort with great views of the Scheichenspitze and Kufstein. Sole use and the fantastic location are the basis for your activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, etc.) You'll relax superbly and therefore love my place.

The cozy apartment in the house is located directly on the ski slope. On the lower floor there is a private ski room, from which you can go directly to the Hauser Kaibling valley station in a few minutes. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, cycling or golfing. Especially suitable for couples or families, with a spacious bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
