Everything is very clean, quiet place, very good host, ideal to go to rest.

We had a great time. Everything in the house worked, the location was good, with a supermarket nearby and we could walk to the center. A good choice and very good service.

Patricia was super welcoming and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for a large group (There were 9 of us). I would definitely recommend.

The house is really nice, it is literally in the middle of the forest, you can see the trees from every space in the house and there is a lot of silence, you can only hear some planes passing by very occasionally, the rest is pure noise from the wind, trees and birds. Inside the house there are many armchairs, chairs and everything to feel comfortable. The house's board games and books are great because both adults and children enjoy them. Comfortable beds and plenty of bedding available in the second floor closet. Although it was not so close to the city, the silence and the environment was very nice. Diego is a 10 out of 10, always attentive, he allowed us to check out late and his directions were perfect. We had a very nice time there.

Cristobal and his fiancée are good welcoming hosts and very attentive. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped and quiet. The beds are comfortable. We liked having bedside lamps, mirrors, closets with hangers and mirrors in each room. It has everything you need to be comfortable for 6.

Eve and Nel's place was great! They were very accommodating hosts and went above and beyond for our group. We felt very welcomed and the place was so peaceful with beautiful views. Thank you Eve and Nel!

I stayed in Mauro's apartment and was satisfied with the experience. The location is unbeatable: it is close to supermarkets such as Líder and Santa Isabel, which makes it very easy to access basic products, and it is also just 5 minutes from the lake and downtown. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again for the convenience and quality of the place. Highly recommended!

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, priceless location. The sheets were clean, which is appreciated, as was the whole apartment, except for a couple of kitchen utensils. The building is more beautiful than the pictures.

The place is located in a good place with enough comfort, very clean with very clear directions, and Daniel explained each of the things we had to do to get to the destination

Lovely place, located within a large gated property with beautiful gardens and common areas. The apartments look over a small forest at the back of the gardens. There is secure parking inside. The neighbourhood feels very safe, with several small restaurants within walking distance.

Varas! its Lakes and volcanoes! a Gift for view and Espiritu; second the Department of daniel with its unbeatable location! that allows you to get to know walking on foot, or by vehicle the environments ; it welcomes us warmly for the moments of rest , they are appreciable ! Not counting on Daniel's kindness and Paulina's generous and charming help ( commissioned in pto.varas. del Dpto.), it seems Totally recommendable and definitely volberemos!.Thanks Daniel!

Excellent accommodation, it complied with everything published. Very good location, apartment equipped and with 24 hrs concierge. Everything is impeccable and very comfortable beds. Javier is a very good host. Full recommended, if we find ourselves in the area I would choose it again.

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.

We had an amazing time with my family. An excellent view of the lake, the apartment is comfortable with a terrace to enjoy. Close to several very good restaurants and we enjoyed excellent cuisine. We enjoyed all the wonders of Puerto Varas and its surroundings by taking some tours. Everything is wonderful to come back every year to enjoy these beautiful places that our beloved Chile offers us.
