Our stay was really wonderful. From the first moment, Ximena gave us close, warm and very welcoming attention, which made us feel at home. The cabin is very comfortable, fully equipped and designed in detail for rest. You can feel the love and dedication in every corner. The environment is quiet, surrounded by nature, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the peace of the place. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and certainly hope to return. 100% recommended!

A beautiful place to enjoy a good rest and a beautiful view of the river. They make sure to light the fire pit every day. Communication with Leyla is very fluid and she is flexible in every way. We thought the place was very nice and it has everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

Pame is a fantastic host and her place is incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the hot tub under the stars was perfect :) would definitively recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing, luxurious stay!

100% place to go to disconnect, comfortable facilities, bed 10/10, living room 10/10, kitchen and everything for cooking 10/10 Only one issue, which was the Tinaja. We went there because the irrigation wasn't working. We got it to work, but it didn't last more than 2 hours. The rest is 100% recommended. We went with our dog without any problems.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, a quiet place, surrounded by nature, a green and wooded environment and very pleasant, especially on a rainy day, the host was very kind, Hata waited for us with the stove on so that the cabin was warm. I highly recommend the place.

We had 10 days of rest and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting and being in contact with nature. Nicol and Oscar are wonderful hosts, very available for any request. A wonderful experience! Alberto's accommodation is simply perfect: clean, comfortable and with a spectacular ocean view that leaves you speechless. The beachfront location is unbeatable, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. In addition, Alberto was an attentive, friendly and always available host for any questions or recommendations. Very good place. Mrs. Nora was very friendly and cordial. They were attentive at all times during our stay. Just one thing about the hot water: the water heater doesn't have enough capacity for four people to shower. It works well for two showers of about 6 minutes, but in my case, when going with three women, the last two could not shower with hot water. We had to resort to more rustic methods to make up for that shortcoming. Other than that, everything was spotless. The place has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. I'd be happy to come back.

Really beautiful, if you're looking for a place to rest and disconnect, this cabin is perfect, the river is right in front and it's surrounded by nature and farm animals, we loved it🐄🐖. Luis was very attentive to everything and his family too, they waited for us with a fire when we arrived and gave us firewood for the stay🤍.

The cabin is in a very quiet area and with an excellent view of the lake and the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes. Rocío was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Her mother, who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended place!

The cabin is really exquisite, warm, they waited for us with a fire lit, the beds are very nice, the cleanliness is excellent, very well equipped, nothing was missing! Romina, the host, was very clear, loving and 100% attentive to our messages, calls and requirements. We arrived late, when it was dark, and she was always ready to help us. Wow, what a wonderful place. We spent a very special 6 days at this amazing home. It has a great style and amenity including a washing/ drying machine not included in the description. We had a number of meals at home as we so enjoyed being there in the evening. Fire on and comfortable chairs, cosy bed and lovely place to see the stars. We had a lovely time watching Romana’s many chickens, her lovely dog and visiting black cat. As a 70 year old I found the step into the bath for the shower a little tricky so a warning for those with poor mobility. Romana gave us excellent help and advice on places to go, restaurants and sights. She was very responsive via WA and right next door. We really enjoyed talking with her - her English is good. I was worried that things would be closed over Easter but there was plenty open in Puerto Varas and nearby. Even on rainy days (not uncommon in this green area) we were happy by the fire. We loved the nearby Jumbo supermarket!

As a family we were lucky enough to arrive at this place that allows a complete disconnection from the city, with beautiful views of the volcanoes, lakes, forests, a very family environment, Mrs. Olga is very friendly and attentive to everything, recommended places and things to do, definitely a place to return!

It has everything you need to spend a few quiet days, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with the nature and beauty of the Alerce Andino National Park and its surroundings. Gianfranco is a great host. Always attentive to our needs 🙌🏻 We will definitely be back!!
