Vacation rentals with a patio in Runaway Bay

I would highly recommend this place to stay, it was safe and secure, the pool is open 24/7, host is always responding and ensuring that his guest was doing great, wouldn't recommend shopping in the local area.

I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Tides. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The atmosphere was very peaceful making it the perfect place to unwind, but it was also ideally located just minutes from the town and all the beaches and nightlife. Rachelle and Simon were fantastic hosts - welcoming and attentive. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the best attractions in the area, its the perfect place to stay...highly recommend and I'll be back!

The place was lovely. Great location, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, ground level so easy to access, locked door and locked porch gate so double secured. Host is responsive in a reasonable timely manner, friendly and easy to communicate with. The snack basket was especially a nice touch, so thank you!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay at Ronaldo s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for sightseeing, relaxing and work. Communication with Ronaldo was easy and responsive, and he went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

One of my favorite AirBnBs ever. I’m still obsessed with the way the windows allow you to sleep with the sea breeze blowing right over the bed. The whole place has screen doors too and I didn’t see a single insect in the place my entire one week stay (rare from the other upscale accommodations I saw in Jamaica). Absolutely magical view, with access to incredible reef swimming/snorkeling. 10/10 overall! Also Tasha was extremely communicative and helpful when I needed some help figuring stuff out.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is as described and very welcoming. The estate where the property is located is beautiful and feels almost like being at a resort. Colin was very responsive and helpful, especial when we ran into a little emergency situation. Would highly recommend!

I would rate this place a 9.5 out of 10. It felt very homey and was clean, just like the pictures. We did encounter an issue at the security gate, but it was quickly resolved. The hosts, Sidric and Camille, were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. From start to finish, communication was amazing! I had to switch Airbnbs last minute before getting my refund, and the host held my dates, stayed positive, and made the whole process stress-free. The unit looked just like the pictures—super clean and beautifully styled. You can see the ocean from the porch, and the sunrise is gorgeous. I stayed 14 days and it truly felt like home. No traditional washer, but I hand-washed and used the clothesline with no problem. Location is great—pharmacy, doctor, salon, restaurants, and grocery store are all nearby. Netflix issue? Fixed right away! Bring bug spray for porch time and extra tissue for long stays. The host even brought us dinner when we missed breakfast—so thoughtful! I messaged a lot and never felt like a burden. I travel to Jamaica often, and this will be my go-to stay. Highly recommend! Thank you so much! You were so kind! I look forward to my next visit!

This place was beautiful and clean, host was very responsive even after the information was provided. Loved the view from the porch/varander. Air conditioning through out the home, hot water, internet and television that works. I would definitely recommend. Gated community only issue was getting in the gate, staff at gate is really slow, one particular staff members was rude, and rescreened us everytime we went out and came back. but I noticed on the days she didn't work, the process was much easier and the other attendants was very pleasant and easy to work with. Other that that the place is great, I would definitely stay again.

This place looks so much better in person. It’s a very quiet and nice ambiance it feels like home away from home. It’s minutes away from the beach, Jucci patties is near by and you can easily access taxis to st. Ann’s bay etc.

The views from the apartment were impeccable. Donna has taken a-lot of time to make the apartment work for her guests. The smart tv and plentiful plugs were a nice touch as It made our stay feel very homely. Great air conditioning and furnishings made us feel relaxed and at home. I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

We had booked another place and it was horrible. So we booked Simone’s place last minute and it was effortless, easy access, the air conditioned work, place was clean, and walkable to so many different things. I will be staying here when I come again. We absolutely loved it, loved the decor. ❤️❤️
