We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Charles was an exceptional host he was warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail carefully curated that made us feel right at home. The entire community is pristine, peaceful, and very secure. We felt completely safe throughout our stay. The neighborhood is filled with well-manicured homes and lush landscaping, it’s like stepping into a private oasis. The community gym and pool were a huge highlight it was clean, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax. My kids loved the nearby grocery store with restaurant and the Devon House ice cream shop! If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and luxurious place to stay in Jamaica, this house is PERFECT!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is as described and very welcoming. The estate where the property is located is beautiful and feels almost like being at a resort. Colin was very responsive and helpful, especial when we ran into a little emergency situation. Would highly recommend!

I must say the house is exactly as the photo or better yet said the photo did the property no justice. Way more beautiful and clean. From initial contact to booking to enjoying an amazing experience, host Bryan and chef Roshelle did a great job of meeting our needs and wants. The accommodations were pristine both inside and outdoors and my group will definitely be back.

The property is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless—the host clearly takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which I really appreciated. One special highlight was the June plum tree in the garden! The host didn't offer during my stay, but I help myself to only 5 (lol) that was such a refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, clean getaway with a touch of local flavor.

From start to finish, communication was amazing! I had to switch Airbnbs last minute before getting my refund, and the host held my dates, stayed positive, and made the whole process stress-free. The unit looked just like the pictures—super clean and beautifully styled. You can see the ocean from the porch, and the sunrise is gorgeous. I stayed 14 days and it truly felt like home. No traditional washer, but I hand-washed and used the clothesline with no problem. Location is great—pharmacy, doctor, salon, restaurants, and grocery store are all nearby. Netflix issue? Fixed right away! Bring bug spray for porch time and extra tissue for long stays. The host even brought us dinner when we missed breakfast—so thoughtful! I messaged a lot and never felt like a burden. I travel to Jamaica often, and this will be my go-to stay. Highly recommend! Thank you so much! You were so kind! I look forward to my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's. she was a very attentive host who tried her best to make her guests feel at home. Its a very comfortable home that's thoughtfully stocked with anything you may meed and more e.g. mosquito spray, which we coincidentally didn't need to use. I especially liked and appreciated that she had chilled refreshments waiting in the fridge and a sampling of delicious local snacks on the counter. My only concerns were the limits posted for the use of the air co during the day and the complicated rules around having a visitor as all names have to be provided to Veronica in advance that she then provides to the security at the entrance. I did not realize that being picked up by a driver constituted a "visitor". This made it difficult to make last minute plans. Having her telephone number in advance or clearly provided with the posted house rules would have neen very helpful as the turn around time when using the App is not typically immediately.

My stay was amazing for the second time at Marlene’s place. Marlene is an amazing host!! Extremely accommodating, and very responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and the surroundings are very warm. I am looking forward to staying at Marlene’s place again very soon.

Our stay at Ms Sharon’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The space was spotless, truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Ms Michelle. She is an absolute gem! Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a local tip, a friendly check-in, or just her welcoming energy, she made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for place with a host who treats you like family, look no further. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and will definitely be coming back!

What a fabulous house everything you needed is available kitchen and utilities.The house itself has great kerb appeal good location with Cove beach within 10 min and (Porto seco 25 min ) all rooms are spacious with good bathrooms living room plenty of seating dining room seats 10 . The kids enjoyed the on site pool sad to say no food was available maybe not enough customers for the time of year (Bar the usual beers and shorts) Off site restaurants are plentiful and within minutes. Our stay was phenomenal and unforgettable! The house was beautiful and just like the pictures with the most comfortable beds. Amazing views of the water, very peaceful and calm around the gated community. Arlene their personal chef is amazing, she makes the most delicious food and is so warm and welcoming. We wanted to bring her back home with us! We have already talked about making another trip to this location to stay even longer!

I absolutely enjoyed staying at Beryl's place!! The backyard was one of my favorite spots. The sea breeze was amazing. The space was quite comfortable and had all the fixings of home. I would definitely book again. Beryl was so responsive and so accommodating. We hope to visit again soon.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

Whitney’s home is very beautiful and the community is even more BREATHTAKING. She was helpful and responsive while also decorating for my birthday (I didn’t ask so I truly appreciated this kind gesture). The place feels so safe and secure, great for photos, comfortable and just all around a 10/10 experience. Ochi is a great place to relax, eat good and be adventurous. Me and my friends will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing peaceful and quite exactly what I needed. Very spacious and clean. Andre was right there anytime we needed him, finding the place was easy especially if you familiar with Ocho Rios. It honestly felt like home away from home. I honestly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to just relax there’s also a pool and a mini gym over looking Ocho Rios out into the ocean.

Kerri & Andrae’s home was absolutely beautiful well decorated our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. My almost 2 years old loved the playground while my 12 and 18 year loved the pool this the Perfect family/friendly spot . Communication was seamless Kerri &Andrae’s was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. This will be our first choice when we go back to Jamaica. Lastly The game table outside was the icing on the cake loved it.

I reserved SeaGrapes Ocho Rios for May 28th to May 31st. Diana met us at the property. She was quite gracious, attentive, courteous, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire stay. She gave my family and I the grand tour. We instantly fell in love with the peace and tranquility the property offers. The layout worked perfectly for the eight of us. Courtney provided security from 7pm to 7am. His quiet presence gave us a peaceful sense of security. Junie made us delicious meals. Clive the gardner, also saw to it that the pool stayed clean.
