The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

It has many advantages to bring all the comfort you would need for your business trips, family stays or even stealthy visits to the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of an open kitchen with a living/dining room area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

The Country House

Single-storey house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It is connected to fiber optics. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage. Everything for fun and safety.

But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.
