It is 50m2 large including a loggia and a parking space in the building. It is located in a safe and quiet location, but at the same time only 5 minutes' walk from the city center. You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

My apartment has everything you need for your comfortable stay, bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen and great location. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the center of České Budějovice, 5 minutes walk from Přemysl Otakar II Square. At a distance of 200m there is a city park with benches and a fountain. Apartment 2+kk is airy, facing west. The accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, and business trips.

Although the apartment is located close to the center, it is quiet. The apartment is fully equipped for up to 4 people, it is also possible to add a baby cot. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. A big advantage is the free parking in a private garage located in the area behind the house. The apartment is cleaned with ecological means.

If you are a bit more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists, so that you can not only do sports, but also relax.

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
