The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

We invite all those seeking peace and relaxation to the village of Łebki. It is a tiny, sleepy village located deep in the "Lasy nad Górną Liswartą" Landscape Park. A real gem. You can really get a solid run, ride a bike, take a walk, and do a little bit of everything. During the season, you pick mushrooms, berries, and blueberries.
