It is our personal apt that we rent out when out of town (Upstairs is a 3br BNB and completely locked off, neither party can enter the other unit). Located easily accessible to the beaches, golf restaurants, aquarium, shopping etc. in the Bradenton, Anna Maria, St. Pete and Tampa areas. You will find everything you need to feel at home in this apt.

I had a great stay at Eric and Olga’s place! The house was very comfortable and clean, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s just 15 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes to the city center. There are many shopping options nearby, and parking is available right at the house. I especially enjoyed the access to the small lake behind the property. Everything was perfect — I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

The guest house was incredible, it was cozy and served as what became a hub for sleeping and taking a break from my busy days. I found myself on a comfortable bed, with great amenities to use in the event I needed. The book with local restaurants and things to do was very helpful and where I decided to eat. My goal in Bradenton was to reconnect with lost family, and this AirBNB served as the perfect location for me to get started in a city I was no longer familiar with. Thank you Kenneth, I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone who’s interested.

This is a wonderfully comfortable and quiet home. We felt at ease right when we walked in the door! Everything was very clean, well organized and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were so comfortable and cozy! The pool was warm and clean. It close to groceries and beaches! We absolutely loved our stay!

Wayne was so kind and made us feel like we were right at home! He always responded quickly to our questions! One thing that stood out to us was the fact that he came outside and welcomed us in when we arrived and gave us a tour. Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach and out and about! The area was peaceful, easy to find, and central to all of the places we were going. Would love to stay again if we are ever in town again!
