The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. The villa was lovely - the 3 bedrooms we used were particularly good because they had shutters which meant a lovely lie in! We loved the peaceful agricultural surroundings, we're completely at home and enjoy the rather meditative sound of chickens, cows and the gentle rumbling of little tractor engines. An absolute escape from the rat race of life in the UK. Franko's pool is awesome, and pool table was lots of fun. When we arrived Franko's parents gave us a lovely welcome - and we managed to communicate using our very poor understanding of Italian, their little bitnof English and plenty of sign language! Franko was super helpful everything we needed anything. The bathrobes were an absolute winner given you have to ho outside to get to the bathrooms - great idea! If you stay at Franko's - just be sure to use lots of insect repellent, there are lots of mosquitos. Air conditioning in the bedrooms really helps though. If you stay.....the frog chorus around the nearby lagoon is fabulous!

Kim et son père Ilir sont vraiment très disponible et reactifs à la moindre demande, un gardien à proximité arrive très rapidement lorsque l'on a une demande. je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Assolutamente raccomandato! Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai proprietari, rendendo il nostro soggiorno non solo confortevole ma anche estremamente accogliente. La posizione è semplicemente ineguagliabile: immersi nella vibrante atmosfera del lungomare, con bar e ristoranti a pochi passi, abbiamo potuto godere appieno della vivacità locale senza rinunciare alla tranquillità della nostra sistemazione. Una delle perle di questo posto è sicuramente la possibilità di organizzare grigliate all'aperto. La struttura mette a disposizione una griglia perfettamente attrezzata. E per gli amanti del mare, il pescatore della zona vende il pesce fresco. Comodo il mini market a 2 minuti a piedi, dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. In caso di emergenze o bisogno di pulizie extra, c'è sempre stata la disponibilità di una donna delle pulizie pronta ad assistere. Un ambiente caldo e accogliente, per una vacanza autentica e rilassante

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Ausstattung gab es auch Genug. Als wir den Whirlpool befüllen wollten, hatten wir Probleme mit dem Strom und Wasser. Die Gastgeber haben aber sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und uns schnell geholfen. Die Probleme wurden dann von Handwerkern schnell behoben.

Aidas place was great and so was the communication from Aida unfortunately we booked just out of season and everything bar a couple of places were closed it was like having a private beach at times but unfortunately we didn't have enough going on to keep the teenagers amused so we had to move on but this is in no way a negative on Aida and her property.

The Beachfront View - Steps away

This place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed — a coffee machine, washing machine, dish washing machine and even easy parking right in front of the apartment. The beach is right in front, just a few steps away, and really well-organized. The area is safe and peaceful, away from the noise of the city but still close to great restaurants and local markets. I loved taking long walks along the beach — it was truly unforgettable and full of oxygen. I felt completely relaxed the whole time. The host was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back soon!

Es war die beste Wohnung wo wir übernachtet haben. Traumhafte Aussicht, alles sauber und super ausgestattet. 2 Betten am Strand inbegriffen… einfach wow. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Zani war einfach der beste! Immer erreichbar und super nett. Wie werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)
