The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
