The house is a 20-minute drive to Downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are a short drive away. Our home sits on over an acre of wooded property with privacy and mountain views You'll definitely want to have your own vehicle while you are visiting. There is so much to see! We have a long driveway that can accommodate your vehicles just fine. Uber/lyft pick up and drop off at our home so if you plan to partake in any of the local breweries you'll have nothing to worry about! Be bear aware. We are up in the mountains and occasionally wildlife can be seen from our massive deck. You may likely see some wild turkeys as you drive up the road. We rarely, if ever, see bears but we just ask kindly that you don't leave any food or trash outside overnight as not to encourage these furry friends to visit.
