Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Royal National Park

I stayed at Simon's place for 6 weeks and had an amazing experience. The space was incredibly cozy, private, and relaxed, making me feel right at home from the start. Simon and Sacha were fantastic hosts, always accommodating any requests and ensuring I had everything I needed. The place has a private entrance, which gives a real sense of privacy, and there's a lovely little table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It's located in the peaceful southern part of town, just a short 15-minute walk to the train station and close to the beautiful Royal National Park. Falling asleep to the sounds of birds and waking up to a beautiful garden view was a highlight of my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Fusion! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The beautiful home has great ocean views and a great backyard with a cozy fire pit with everything you need. We were only there for a night but wish we could have stayed for another! The place is also close by to the neighborhood cafes and local grocer so it was really easy to go around if we needed something. Highly recommend if you need a quick and peaceful getaway from the city and want easy access to the Royal National Park! We were so close to the Coastal Track. Maria was also really responsive to my questions and check in/out was a breeze! Thank you Maria for sharing your lovely home 😊

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

We had a wonderful stay at Bundeena Beach House! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house has a beautiful, modern design with a minimalist interior that feels calm, spacious, and thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the internal courtyard garden, which brings in natural light and a sense of tranquility. The back garden is also beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—including a lovely French iron fireplace that we really enjoyed. Great communication with the hosts too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea.

What a beautiful space and view. The open lan kitchen-lounge with beautiful window seat framing ocean views is so nice. Walking distance to trailheads to wedding cake rock and Jibbon beach plus hand to local shops. Lots of bird life to see, sunsets and sunrises. Excellently provisioned kitchen. Simone was a fabulous host and the accomodation was perfect. Great location, had everything required for a 2 night stay but could’ve easily stayed longer! Loved the beautiful robes and heater in the bathroom. Simone also provided excellent recommendations for the area. Thankyou!!

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. Everything was clean and tidy and so welcoming. Our daughter had stayed here last year and told us how good it was. We have grandchildren that live a few minutes away and this was perfect as close enough to be together but also a little reprieve from the high level energy. All the lovely touches were much appreciated and the couch was just so comfy to relax after a busy morning. No complaints at all, it was all fab (and I think I'm quite fussy too). Fantastic location for us to explore Bundeena and the Royal National Park. A short walk up the beach for coffee, and a really well equipped kitchen for the rest of our meals. The front deck with ocean views was amazing. Thanks for having us Fraser. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Gary provided a lovely little place that I found very convenient for visiting the Sea Cliff Bridge and the cliffside pubs in Scarborough and Clifton. It's got a great outlook of the sea horizon, and was free of suburban noise so that I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in a soft, warm bed. I only breakfasted at the accommodation, but the kitchen was well appointed, as were the other facilities. The internet was spot on. Gary was exceedingly helpful and communicative, and I can certainly recommend this listing for solo travellers such as myself looking to spend some time in relative luxury away from Wollongong. The bus north is right across the road, and the stops heading south are within easy enough walk, too.

Nina was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Views are unbeatable. Getting into circular quay and other destinations was easy, the ferry being a fun novelty mode of transport. Nice restaurants close by

Feels like home type of place. Everything is provided. Clean and cozy with modern and welcoming decor. We chose this one because its near where we needed to go to visit people in the nearby suburb and the secure carpark.

It was nice cost place for the price. For a couple it’s a place to stay overnight with quite good facilities. The nearby beaches are at walkable distance. Susan’s recommendation for food and places were great and helpful. She was great host with quick response and friendly.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

Damian was a great host. He even personally came around with a spare key. The property is as described. It was very quiet. Close to good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. 2minutes walk to the Light Rail which goes down to Circular Quay. We will definitely stay again. Dianne and Kevin
