The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house.
