Everything was wonderful! The house was perfect for a family gathering. The house sits on a beautiful lot and a peaceful part of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the available activities - hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and inside games. The porch was great for outside meals. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and neat with so many special little touches. Our kids really enjoyed the "snack bar" too!

We had a lovely stay at "the right spot"! I traveled with my daughter for a soccer showcase at Bryan Park Soccer Complex and it was the perfect home base for our trip. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

We have stayed at this house twice and would come back again. Neighborhood is quiet and Heather is extremely responsive and helpful.

The place is incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great furniture. Lots of seating, table space. Very very clean--with lots of paper origami to greet us. Michael is very responsive and even shipping out an item that we accidentally left. Note that when you drive there, make sure to go to 1497 Us Highway 158 W, Yanceyville, NC 27379, NOT what the Airbnb app tells you. That is, make sure you input US HWY 158 WEST. It's right on US158--you don't need to go down a dirt road or anything. Was lucky to pass the guy who lives where the app sends you, and he said it's a common problem.

Our sixth stay at Pat's farm with each visit topping the last. There is plenty to do on the property or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are stores and markets nearby, you are also close to the lovely town of Hillsborough. Enjoy the world class beef, eggs, fresh garden vegetables and more. Pictures and descriptions of this destination gem under promise on the amazing experience. The cherry on top: everyone at the farm is helpful, gracious and kind; we just love them and can't wait for our next visit.

Beautiful home and perfect for a girls night/weekend! We really appreciated all of the details in each room; you can really tell how much thought and creativity went into the space. The backyard landscaping is also adorable! I put 4/5 stars because when combined with the cleaning fee, it felt expensive for one night. BUT I think many would argue that it’s worth it; especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion- which we were. We willingly spent on what we know we deserved 💅

The backyard and pond are super nice. The cabin is well appointed and clean. There are several homes around so you get the remote experience without being alone. Cleaner was super nice and does a fantastic job!

We were in town for a specific event. This host was wonderful. Answered quickly. The home was perfection. It was very modern and very clean. We will use them again while in town.
