Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rowley Regis

A lovely long weekend spent with family in the large farmhouse. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding countryside and a well-equipped home. Open plan kitchen and dining area with room for all to cook and eat together. Space for everyone yet cosy and warm. A hot tub with views was a hit with everyone!

Amazing stay. The hot tub is perfect very clean, warm and easy to use. The home itself is lovely, very comfy bed and nice decor. Lots of leaflets and information for the surrounding areas. Couldn’t recommend more.

Lovely little place with beautiful views, very peaceful (we hardly saw another human the whole time we were there). The little added touches were lovely. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but we hadn’t done a glamping pod before so I guess we didn’t know what to really expect. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the evenings, definitely an added bonus!! And the welcome and greeting was really lovely and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants :)

The house was perfect for our annual family reunion which included 8 adults & 3 children. It felt spacious and welcoming. Having a hot tub in the garden was a real bonus and well used. Garden area was enclosed and private. Location was a few minutes walk from town in a very desirable area. We walked to Anne Hathaway's cottage in about 25 minutes & found a back route to the church where Shakespeare is buried near the river. I think Natasha should be upgraded to Superhost as she was helpful but unobtrusive! Instructions were clearly sent by & her responses to queries were very prompt. We all felt the stay could not have been improved upon and cannot find anything negative to say about it. Thank you very much indeed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Such a lovely place will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Stayed the night for my partners birthday, decorations in the bedroom were the perfect touch. Very clean and tidy. Will be back soon :))

A beautiful lodge in the most perfect location. A great stay had for two elderly ladies who found the lodge very accessible for their mobility issues. Thank you Richard and Terry.

A beautiful cottage that felt like home from home. Had all the amenities, even for the kids with Highchair, cot, cutlery etc. Beautiful gardens, can tell its all well maintained. We took a short walk to the local pub and park too which were spot on. Would definitely stay here again. thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, we only wish we'd booked for longer. The cottage was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and had everything that we needed and the Aga was wonderful. It was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Victoria provided us with all the information we needed for the cottage and the local area and was available if we needed to make contact. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful break to celebrate our 20 Year wedding anniversary.

A wonderful, spacious house. Extremely comfortable furniture and everything that is required for your stay. Plenty of little extras to ensure your trip is carefree. 2 welcoming local pubs within a slow 15 minute wander. Both providing hearty meals. We only tried The Crown, food was lovely. A highly recommended retreat to explore the local area.

A real gem of a place! Private, beautiful gardens and a lovely pond to sit beside in the evenings. The kids loved feeding the ducks. Lisa and Nick were super friendly and helpful, and the place was immaculate and just like the photos. The village is a short walk away, with great little pubs and local shop. Plenty to do within a 30 mins drive radius too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Wow! What a fabulous, totally relaxing weekend in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We (and our 2 miniature Dachshund) just loved that as soon as you stepped of the front door, there was so much garden, woods, lake and fields to explore. And don't forget the peacocks, Roger and Kevin, adding that magical touch passing right by the front of the cottage. Jean was so lovely too. We absolutely would love to return xx

This little oasis is as far as it can be from the hustle & bustle of modern life, being at the end a farm track, surrounded by open countryside. It is rare to find somewhere where there is no road noise - just the sound of silence - and the farm animals of course. You are still close to good local facilities & great places to eat. Beautiful house in a good location. Very comfortable stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to break a long journey after a few weeks away. Mary communicated in a very friendly and helpful manner and, kindly, left bread, milk, etc. for us, which was much appreciated. The flat is spacious, very well-equipped and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It is bigger than it appears in the photos so perhaps some more flattering pictures could show this. The flat had the added bonuses of off-road parking and a small garden, perfect for our collie. It was an easy walk from here into Leamington Spa and an even shorter one to the canal towpath, which was great for walking our dog. I would recommend this strongly for anyone looking for homely and comfortable accommodation in Leamington Spa, especially if you’re on holiday with your dog. Thanks very much.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the charm of the place – the cottage is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the absolute highlights was the private access to the pool. It was such a luxury to be able to take a dip whenever we pleased, without having to share the space, the booking slots was such a clever way to achieve this. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it felt like our own little slice of paradise. The cottage itself is perfectly situated for relaxation but also close enough to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, or even family-friendly escape with a touch of luxury and loads of charm, this place is a gem.

From start to finish Wendy was amazing! Communication, extra’s for our baby - not a problem Wendy had it sorted within the hour! The location, stunning. Pool and hot tub such a perfect way to enjoy the views and to relax. Definitely an air b & b saved for another trip in the future

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Our third stay at the Shippon and our two autistic boys treat it like a home from home. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Our youngest loves water and animals so swimming, hot tub, fussing the lovely dogs, feeding Monty the horse carrots, all while being followed around by the chickens. He was in heaven! A great base for visiting family and lots to do nearby if we want to. This time we went to hoo farm, but we were generally all happy to stay at the Shippon. The Shippon is spotless and to cosy and comfortable. Our dogs love sitting on the patio watching the world go by and Newport dog park is literally a 5-10 minute walk and they love it. Thanks so much Sara and Phil, you are always so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place with a fantastic host who was so helpful and provided all the information needed and very quick to respond. Perfect for my young family with plenty of options for my kids and swimming pool such an added bonus. Thank you! No doubt we will be back
