Darlene was a truly fantastic host, striking the perfect balance between giving space and being very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, the space was well curated, comfortable, clean, and super relaxing. I will absolutely be a return guest!

Adela’s place was so beautiful and cozy! My husband and I stayed here with our pup for vacation and it was the perfect space! Our original plan was to stay in Newport or Laguna Beach but this place was only a 25-45 minute drive from both beaches. It’s the perfect hidden home! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, and Adela was super responsive with any quick questions or help that we needed. I would definitely recommend this spot 1000x and hope we can stay again in the future.

Great place to stay on our short trip to visit Descanso gardens. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. My kids loved the toys and books. Some good restaurants nearby. Katy was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

Michelle and Gary were great hosts. I received very clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to check-in. They met me in person and we had a very friendly chat as they showed me around the whole place. The room itself was spacious, clean, homely and comfortable. The neighborhood is also extremely nice and peaceful. I loved the stay and will happily return and recommend them.

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

My sister and I stayed at Plum Tree Inn while having a girls weekend in Pasadena. Lee was very easy to communicate with and his house is in a historic neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around. There is a lot of things to do and see in Pasadena and this was a great base camp for all our activities. If we return, we'd love to stay here again.

Literally the ONLY qualm I have with this place is the neighbor dogs barking non-stop, but I'm a pretty deep sleeper so I didn't mind so much as my partner did. We left a sentimental item there and Rachel is such an angel that she's shipping it back to us too! Super responsive host, even when she was out of town, I could not be more satisfied with this experience.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

John was great and would answer our emails quickly. The place is absolutely adorable. The shower is amazing! Our dog had a little yard to play in. It really is the perfect place to stay. We would stay here again if the need arises. We even told our friends incase they need a place to stay in the future.

This was a great air bnb. Close to all the best of los feliz! This is a separate basement unit, but daylight basement with a private patio and a view! Own dedicated parking spot. Safe neighborhood. Super clean. The listing mentioned their family with kids live above but we didn't hear much noise from above, just occasional walking feet. Otherwise the unit was very private and separate from the main home. I stayed here with a friend and the hosts made up the sofa bed for us before our late arrival - so kind and appreciated! We had a great stay and recommend to others. I will stay here again next time i'm in the area!

A lovely stay - so nice to have parking for our car, and a sweet front sitting area outside. I always have a bit of sticker shock when I stay in LA Airbnbs, but Aidan's place was competitive or less than hotels and the reviews are merited. I wasn't in the space very much really, mostly to sleep, but our time there was very nice.

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for rest after a trip ! Highly recommend. so grateful for allowing us to stay a night. would be more then likely to come back 😊

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

It was peaceful. I had just been through a major move and had torn a couple of muscles so I literally had to sleep off the worst pain and that I did perfectly there.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Really enjoyed my stay here, it had everything I needed as a solo traveler and the hosts were great! Everything was clean, presented well and perfectly met expectations. It's in a lovely neighborhood and is ideally located for exploring LA. I especially loved the garden area, away from the main garden, it's a really cozy space that's just a great place to chill. Really love what you're doing here and look forward to returning.

Great stay, very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when streaming video but overall it was manageable
